I was on Dad Duty with my 10 month old daughter, and stopped grocery shopping to feed her a bottle at the Starbucks. Sadly her bottle of milk had gone cold. Ashley went above and beyond to help out. She provided a hot cup of water so that I could warm up the milk. My daughter was very happy! Thank you Ashley!!

The lady working there always has a mean face no matter what! Staff work there don’t have the basic knowledge of how to make Starbucks drink. They don’t make drink based on customer’s request. They make drink based on which way the wind is blowing. Drink always tasted disgusting. I will try my best to avoid this location. Because every time I purchase from this location, it will basically ruining my Target trip ! Whoever the owner is should really pay attention to all the issues your store is having right now!

I frequent this location at least 4 times a week...Thursday night, after waiting in the drive thru for 15 mins, I finally get my drink. A few miles down the road, take a sip and it was DISGUSTING!! I don't know what they forgot to add but it definitely wasn't tasting like a normal Frappuccino..Fast forward to the next evening, Friday night. Drive thru backed up as usual... about 20 mins later I get my drink.Same damn HORRIBLE taste AGAIN !! I already drove too far to turn around and go back so another WASTED TRIP ...Starbucks is overpriced as it is, so wasting $12 dollars and 35 minutes of my time is NOT IDEAL !! ?Will not be returning to this location for awhile. .??‍♀️

The girl that works here always has an attitude and it looks like she is always angry. My 11 year old daughter doesn’t like to order because she is afraid of being mistreated by her. I’ve never seen anybody like her work at Starbucks!

worst costumer service, they gave me my drink and it tasted like straight garlic, and i asked them to remake it and one person told me yes and than a lady told me they cannot remake it for some reason. Also it took a while to make my friend and I's drinks.

Worst costumer service, my daughter ordered two drinks ,she just got one drink ready ,looks like the cashier is not fit to work there ,no smile on face always looks irritated . There is no apology when she Missed taking order.

Stopped here to get a single coffee and didn’t even make it to the front of the line. The girl making coffees acted like she didn’t want her job- there were 3 people in line- me being the 3rd and I didn’t make it to the front of the line in 25 minutes. Very poor service! Very slow kept running to the back for items, not prepared.

By far the worst Starbucks around. I waited almost a half hour inside for 2 drinks and the person who ordered after me got his drinks before me. I asked for my money back and the cashier was so confused as to why my drinks had not been made yet. Go to the Target Starbucks instead, the prices are cheaper and the line is way faster. I'll never come back to this location

A couple of the baristas are not wearing their masks properly and making beverages. I was there last week and the barista had a mask on but it did not cover her nose. I was back again yesterday and once again the barista had a mask on but her nose was uncovered. I won’t be returning to this location during pandemic.
