I don’t go to much in this location and i never wanna go every time I come i regret it they are not welcoming at all no hi no hello no how can we help you not nothing they ignore you even in the register the are very dry with attitude no thank you not have a nice day nothing will never go back here the should take example from the location at Rochester Hills village they give you the best service Very disappointing

I ordered a grande Pecan Crunch Oat Latte through the mobile app and picked it up at the drive-thru this morning. The line was really long, so I waited quite a while. I assumed everything would be correct, so I didn’t check right away. But when I started drinking it, I noticed there was no pecan crunch. I opened the lid to check, and sure enough—none at all.
I don’t even have time to go back and complain, and the only reason I ordered this drink was because I was craving the pecan crunch. Honestly, this is really disappointing.

Pulled up today to order a Pumpkin Spice Latte, which you would expect them to have at 10:30 AM on a Sunday, and was told they were out. Now I'm stuck in line and had to wait 10 min. for the cars ahead of me, because there is only one lane and no way to back up or go around. They are frequently out of items, such as the Pumpkin Spice Latte, while other stores have it. Drove to the store on Tienkin Rd., which is out of my way, and they had it. Waste of my time, will not return to this store!!!

I avoid the location at squirrel and university, even though it’s so much closer to me, because this location is the best around. They nail the drinks everytime!

It’s just like Starbucks- the crew was nice and friendly- and the place was clean and they had lots of charging spots plus it was raining so I could smoke on the outside deck and not annoy many! Coffee and smokes go hand in hand!
I go there almost every morning at 8am, a time most Starbucks are on a 15 minute wait even if you'd order ahead, and am through the drive through with my always correct and amazing order.I was blown away the first time and thought I'd gotten lucky to go so quickly. NOPE! They're kind, attentive, and beyond efficient. Once I'd forgotten my phone and didn't have any money to pay when I got to the window. I was mortified and so apologetic. The girl didn't even hesitate - she said "it happens, don't worry about it" and gave me my drink for free.Great service and genuine care. My new favorite location!
