Everytime I order delivery from this location it's incorrect. Items are missing, or product is not what I ordered. This is the worse location in this city. At 40$ for 3 subs I would expect some better attempts to be made at providing me with the correct items.

Ordered a pizza. Came to my vehicle, bit into the pizza to find out that it was still frozen in the middle. Brought it back into the restaurant, the woman behind the counter couldn’t believe it was still frozen, put it back in the oven, burned the pizza, put back in the same box. Then stated that she doesn’t like making pizzas, then took the sign stating they offer pizzas off the menu board. No discount, refund, free cookie, nothing. Will NEVER visit this subway again.

I went with my parents to event today. I went to the information that they give 6-inch sandwiches per person, but she said they give one per family. The ham and vegetables inside are comparable to other stores. It felt like being Racism. It was the worst restaurant in my 8 years of living in USA.

Sandwiches are great here but the drink sizes make absolutely no sense. The large and medium cups are exactly the same size. The clerk even tried arguing with me about it when the cups interchangably fit into each other.If you buy a drink here, get a small. It's the only size that makes sense.

Orders a BLT on Doordash. Never had an issue ordering my sub by marking which cheese and dressing/sauce I would like. This time you sent me bacon, cheese, and Mayo with no lettuce and tomato. Don’t know how you could mess up something so simple. Reported on Doordash.

Walked in to purchase $600 worth of gift cards for a work event. Just for reference.. you have to manually swipe every single gift card to load them. Second they didn’t have any gift card envelopes. So the cashier improvised and put them in little cookie bags. Worked for me! Cashiers were very friendly and helpful. And extremely apologetic on how I had to swipe all the gift cards and get rung up 3 different times due to the totals being so high on the purchases. Was extremely annoying however the cashiers were so nice it made everything so much easier to deal with. Thank you!

I've visited this Subway a few times and the experience is usually good. They have a divider up for Covid and social distancing stickers on the ground. The food is usually fresh. The lady behind the counter when I go is usually the same and is really nice.When I went today I took a coupon for the first-time. The usual lady was there and looked at the coupons in my hand but didn't say anything. I was waiting in line behind (3) people and when there was (1) person left in front of me, I noticed that there was a sign saying they don't take coupons at all. It was small and on the casing for the fresh vegetables. There were no signs anywhere else. I've had tons of coupon issues with Subway even though the coupons come in the mail directly from Subway themselves and we follow all the exclusion rules and expiration dates. Getting annoyed with them at this point. Seems as if a lot of the stores just try to deny the coupons just because of laziness. I cannot say that that is what this is but it is frustrating to say the least.There were no masks on any customer or workers unfortunately when I visited today 11/1/2021. I was not greeted either but the woman greeted both men in front of me like they were regulars. She also greeted a Doordash driver who came in. Pretty much ignored me.After seeing the coupon sign, I walked out and left.

Don't tell you they don't take subway coupons till your ready to pay. There subs aren't worth close to what it cost.

Rude older lady made a weird comment like "woooow, no sauce for the baja chicken..." when I said no sauce. I said no sauce because I'd been repeating things since the order began and was just ready to leave.

Great place. Other than I came in last week and older lady on her phone completely ignored me and walked in the back and never came back out I left. Came back yesterday ( Thursday ) afternoon to a younger girl who was so professional about it and apologized and even gave me a free cookie to apologize. If you go try to go in the afternoon to see her she is wonderful and only way I go is if she is working ?? Other workers are rude
