30 minute wait for a simple order
4th car back. 1 car serviced in almost 10 minutes, too long, I left.

I placed a mobile order while already in the restaurant because there were a lot of teens around the kiosk when I walked in. We ended up waiting a long time for our food, and when we finally got it, it was cold. (Donuts were still frozen in the middle) I understand delays if a place is genuinely busy, but that wasn’t the case here. The staff seemed more focused on messing around in the back than getting orders out.
This location doesn’t seem to have anyone actively managing the staff, and if there is, they aren’t doing a good job because the speed of service didn’t match the actual level of busyness in the drive-thru or the lobby.
Unfortunately, I wouldn’t come back to this Taco Bell, which is disappointing because we usually enjoy the brand. Side note: you can hear the employees swearing from the lobby, so this is not a great environment for kids if you prefer to avoid that kind of language.

Ordered through the app for a faster time, 8 cars were in the drive through when I arrived. They all got their food around 20 minutes faster than me. Took around 30-40 minutes just to get taco bell. Could have cooked my own tacos in that time. In the store, they had two young adult males working at the drive through. They seemed to be getting along just fine, but as soon as some girls walked in one of the employees started to harass the other to impress the girls. Then, after forty minutes, they gave us our food cold, our taco shells cracked, our Dr Peppers weren’t even Dr Peppers, they were diet coke. Had to heat up our food ourselves. They didn’t even give us all our food either. It was also impossible to find out whose food was whose. They put all of the food inside one huge bag. Overall, a HORRIBLE experience. If you are coming here only go through the drive through. HORRIBLE Taco Bell.

Slow and rude. Go to the crooks and m59 location instead that one is run way better. You might even get what you ordered. After a few visits to this location I can confidently say you have a better chance of winning it big at the casino versus getting what you ordered at this location.

The robot taking our order at the drive thru was incompetent! Tonight demonstrated why man will always prevail over machine, if they can't get a simple order right how will they rule the world? The humans at the window were extremely kind and feeling.

This location felt like I was at the Rochester and Auburn 1 star location. Zombies act like humans aren’t even in their establishment. Can’t even give you all 4 drinks ordered then go hide in the corner and mope make food and shuffle their feet. 😭😭😂😂 Welcome to the twilight zonnnnne.

Order was wrong twice. New automation making things worse.
Slow but food is standard. Avoid busy times.
Went through the drive-through asked for six soft shelled steak tacos with extra avocado sauce only for them to give me a bag with six hardshell tacos. I then gave the bag back to them to have them remake my order, told them again what I wanted, realized after I got home, they still did not give me my nacho and cheese. I repeated my order at least four times and they still got it wrong. Terrible customer service. Brain dead employees whom can’t take orders, oh and the employee manager whom had my order replaced couldn’t follow simple instructions either and they didn’t even give me my receipt either, The owner of this establishment should be ashamed of themselves. Never again!!!
They wouldn’t give me a menu, their self checkouts were closed, and all the staff was super rude. Never coming back.
