Management stepped up today when a mistake was made. My all time favorite Taco Bell. I've been coming to this location for almost 15 years now. By far this is my favorite. The food has always been delicious, even if service is slow the food is always delicious. Thank you management for fixing things.

I ordered 2 boxes and in one of them I was completely missing my chips and sauce, and in the other I got a burrito but asked for easy beans and to swap the beef for chicken. Not only did I not get the easy beans but I didn't get a single piece of chicken like I ordered. I also got 3 drinks and when they gave me cups, they were the wrong size but before I had time to say abything the person had walked away. I then told the cashier that I was missing my mango refresca and it took 10-15 minutes of waiting and then me going back to the counter once I had finished my food to get that drink. Extremely disappointed with the service from some workers.

I went inside to order. There was a lady at the register but she ignored the customers, grabbed her coat & purse and left... The self-order kiosks all appeared to be turned off. No one else came to the register to take orders. I could see other employees but they were busy and never looked towards the register. After 10 minutes, I left. It was 8:00 PM on a Wednesday. I'm pretty sure they were open and not closing soon? I don't really understand why they had the kiosks off and no one taking orders. As I was leaving, there was a woman who had previously ordered asking for a manager because she had been waiting 20 minutes for two items...

Food is what you'd expect from Taco Bell. The staff are usually friendly, but it can be a hit or miss when it comes to speed. The food is always hot but it can either be a speed run of 5 minutes or the longest yard, I think I've waited 30 minutes AFTER ordering to get my food before.

Extremely slow, my food took over 20 minutes to come out. My boyfriend and I ordered the exact same thing and his order came out 10 minutes faster for some reason. My nachos were all smashed and half the amount of my boyfriend's.

Not sure if it is an understaffing issue, but the last 4 or so times I've eaten (at around 8-9pm) here I've had to wait 20-30 minutes for my food. Don't intend on coming back.

I came in here the other night to get a door dash...and it was the most weirdest experience ever. There was a lady behind the line constantly yelling random things...that literally didn't make sense. Like I was concerned she wasn't ok. Even the guys next to me where like what is going on. There was a group of girls sitting down and then two girls that worked there were talking to them over the check out counter while eating tacos and clocking out for there shift... and my door dash order took me 17 minutes to get for the person I was delivering to. Not to mention there was literally shit everywhere all over the floor...a pile of dust...and behind the counter there was shit all over the floor and where they make the food looked so disgusting. I hope they get reported. It was nasty.

I have had my fair share of bad fast food experiences, but this has had to have been by far the WORST. I was the only person in the drive-thru and my food was so disgustingly thrown together and my burrito was STAINED PINK. Furthermore, all 3 of my tacos and chips were crushed and spilled all throughout the bag. It should be a disgrace to be a taco bell location. Now i’ve worked in the service industry and I understand when its packed and busy that you cant keep everything up to par, but when I am the only customer?? I dont understand. Whole staff needs to be replaced or something because that’s just not acceptable.

No stars should be an option! I was the ONLY car! Nonetheless, it looked like they threw my chips into the bag. The food was handled horribly. They didn’t fill my drink to the top, maybe 75% full. The most discomforting of all, my burrito had some sort of pink hue? Incredibly disgusting. My apologies to say this location deserves to be shut down for this service. Lunch break ruined.
