On 03/07/2024 me and my wife ordered Taco Bell. My wife was eating a steak burrito and halfway through it. She almost ate plastic. We will not ever eat Taco Bell ever again I feel sorry for the other people that eats there because they might have the same problem.

Last time I came there they told me online only, so I left. This time I ordered online and placed it for in store pick up. When I got there it was drive thru only haha! It was 3:00 P.M. I don't recommend this place.

Twice now they excluded about $20 worth of food from online delivery orders. The tag has the correct order, the bag is missing some food and completely wrong on others. Is also closed when their hours say open. One of the worst in the country.

My husband and I visited this location after many years without any Taco Bell. We tried to order from the kiosk and ended up asking if the employee could help us by taking our order. He did but he told us that he wasn't supposed to. As we were getting our drinks, we overheard the manager scolding him about taking orders over the counter. She was very rude about it. I felt bad for him. There was an older customer behind us in line that he also helped. He suggested we use the mobile app, that it's easier to navigate through. The store was dirty, the trash over flowing onto the floor, and it was slow... about 1:30 on a Sunday afternoon. We won't be back. The food was okay and we paid $20 for two meals. They should at least have the menu posted like they used to.

Had ordered through the app got home and opened my food missing two burritos and my Mexican pizza was smashed so I went up and had them remade. I just got home and they still managed to mess up my order. How do you mess up an order even when you have to remake it? That doesn’t make any sense to me this is not the first time I’ve had problems at this location. It’s become a bad location compared to all the others.

Always some reason they can't serve the public. This store should just be closed. 8 times in the last few months stopped and they couldn't serve food for some reason or another. Usually a excuse of not enough employees. So maybe they should just close the store. Manager is rude.

The drive thru staff is always very friendly. It's not something that you get at most fast food places, but the people who work at this location are great.
