Just went thru the drive thru asked for 7 spicy tacos with light sauce. The last few times I have got them they have put so much sauce that you have to ask for light. Got 1 with something red in it I thought was tomato but wasn't. Called the manager and she was so rude so if your pregnant and crave taco bell definitely don't go to this one!! Very disappointed.... Last night, Monday February 24th 2025, I went through the drive through. The automated order screen was not showing correctly what I ordered and kept repeating itself. when I asked for a person I couldn't hear them and the girl over the headset gave me a shit attitude because I couldn't understand her mumbling, asking her "what?" consistently trying to understand her. The Mexican pizza was cold and chalupas were slapped together and mostly veggies and it it was cold as well. I wont be going back to this location again. Shitty customer service everywhere these days is getting really old to most especially since you've raised your prices.

i’m disappointed time and time again with this location. everytime i order i have an issue. most of the time its the food made incorrectly or undercooked or overcooked. today i went to get a remake of a burrito they messed up last time and when i got home to eat it, it was messed up AGAIN. the workers here are also unfortunately very unprofessional. now im aware its taco bell and im not expecting the most amazing service in the world but they ignore u, laugh and giggle with each other and obviously don’t make the food correctly. i’m so disappointed every time.

They take online orders from inside pickup but lock the doors. This happened more than once. Just stop taking online orders and wasting peoples time.

The other night my husband and I went through drive thru our modifications were wrong and we were missing items not to mention the food was cold. We spoke to a manager she said she would replace the missing items my husband went back tonight and wanted to add on to the order that was supposed to be replaced and ended up having to use the kiosk to do so. The manager there whose name was Debbie was treating the employees like garbage yelling at them and down talking them she was even snippy with my husband which is unacceptable! He gets home with the food extremely upset about all that he witnessed and the poor service and attitude he dealt with only to find our order was still wrong and the food once again was not fresh! NEVER AGAIN I WOULD RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST! TACO BELL GET YOUR STAFF TOGETHER

It's a Taco Bell, so it's certainly no Michelin star dining.
The service can be better, not in attitude, bur rather actual food provision. I've had items missing a couple of times. The interior design is OK, not modernized as many other Taco Bell's are.
But all in all - is it going to satisfy your Taco Bell cravings? Absolutely.
