I came through the drive-thru on Sunday January 4th, 6:50 PM I was expecting the AI system to take my order like every other Taco Bell. NOPE. I was greeted by I believe he said his name was Scott. That short interaction was one of the best I had in a long time! He was bright, bubbly and simply pleasant to speak to. He confirmed my order edits verbally and physically witnessed it being made they way I requested and sure enough when I got home to eat everything was right! We make so many bad reviews. But Greatness deserves the same recognition. Thank you Scott keep being you!

This Taco Bell location has been doing customer service very well for a while now. I thought it was luck or coincidence... but every week I visit and meet new workers, yet each one nicer than the last. Food is almost always correct and drive-through is fast enough.

The quality for “fast food” is generally equivalent to other places. Sometimes there is a wait, but what do you expect? Most places are paying minimum wage and are short staffed. I get it, I wouldn’t work there for $12-18 an hour. Pass.

I went there yesterday and ordered food that was $18. I handed them a $50 and they said they couldn't break it. The manager then came to the window and was really rude and wouldn't even go in the office and break it. It's only $32 in change, and you can't break it? My food was sitting there and ready, and since they couldn't break my money, I didn't get it. Really annoying

Just went thru the drive thru asked for 7 spicy tacos with light sauce. The last few times I have got them they have put so much sauce that you have to ask for light. Got 1 with something red in it I thought was tomato but wasn't. Called the manager and she was so rude so if your pregnant and crave taco bell definitely don't go to this one!! Very disappointed.... You can't post the photo i wish I could.

Last night, Monday February 24th 2025, I went through the drive through. The automated order screen was not showing correctly what I ordered and kept repeating itself. when I asked for a person I couldn't hear them and the girl over the headset gave me a shit attitude because I couldn't understand her mumbling, asking her "what?" consistently trying to understand her. The Mexican pizza was cold and chalupas were slapped together and mostly veggies and it it was cold as well. I wont be going back to this location again. Shitty customer service everywhere these days is getting really old to most especially since you've raised your prices.

i’m disappointed time and time again with this location. everytime i order i have an issue. most of the time its the food made incorrectly or undercooked or overcooked. today i went to get a remake of a burrito they messed up last time and when i got home to eat it, it was messed up AGAIN. the workers here are also unfortunately very unprofessional. now im aware its taco bell and im not expecting the most amazing service in the world but they ignore u, laugh and giggle with each other and obviously don’t make the food correctly. i’m so disappointed every time.
