Nice place for a quiet beer and conversation with a local or two. Weekends aren't too busy so there's always room for one more. Friendly staff, good prices and a good variety of spirits and beers to choose from. Offer keno and several TV locations to view games.

This is a cool place to have beer and some good bar food. The beers are a proper size (huge) and the food is great. Get the coneys and fries; you wont be sorry.I was taken aback by the small size of the fries, but they tasted great.

Stopped in randomly when in Troy. They had a list of items not available due to supply issues. OK, understand that is a thing now in some cases. Chose items not on the list only to be informed that the list wasn't complete and no onion rings were available at that time. Also had to wait for the owner to return as he is the cook. We waited and ordered food, it was OK. Not great and probably not worth waiting for. We were hoping to find a nice local place for our increasing...
