I went to the Jagged Fork to catch up with girlfriends. I brought my two little girls. The service was spectacular and amazing with the kids. The waiter even brought over an unbelievable French toast! Everything was absolutely amazing! Happy kids and happy momma!
The food was great! The service overall was great as well, at least when I got there. My 2 daughters and wife said the waitress was really snippy with them when one of my daughters asked a question. Me and my son got there a little later, and the waitress seemed to be fine by then. My one daughter who asked the question is a waitress herself, so she's pretty sensitive to that thing. Overall it was a fine experience and I'd go there again.
The food was excellent, and so was the service. What I didn’t like is that they automatically added an 18% gratuity to the bill and had the audacity to add a line for “additional tip”. I normally tip 20%, but because of this, I only tipped what was added to the bill. I don’t mind tipping, but a tip is NOT part of the bill, it’s for the service and added as I SEE FIT, not as the restaurant does.
