6:20am this morning drive through was very busy, when I arrived at the window the staff attendant didn’t greet me just kept handing out my food when I paid she didn’t give me my change back let alone even ask if I would like it back. Tried calling the store and was sent to voicemail.

ordered an iced coffee with extra ice, on the screen the gentleman wrote no ice coffee. I repeated my order again and asked for extra ice. Got to the window she handed me my coffee with three ice cubes. When I asked for more ice or a cup of ice the manager came and said well we charge extra. WHY, they had my order completely wrong and the manager was very rude and the gentleman was horrible. Don't work in this fast pace service if you can't handle it.

This place is horrible. The gentleman at the window was rude and treated me poorly. Also, the food was very poor. We ordered croissant sandwiches and they were burnt and hard. The coffee even tasted bad. Avoid this place. McDonalds is right next door and they are much nicer.

This place is surprisingly small on the inside and seems to be more of a drive-thru location than anything else. There's maybe three tables inside, one of which is by the garbage can.

Service was okay but I can't say that I was in love with it to begin with. Very expensive for Tim Hortons food

I go to this Tim Hortons everyday and the team that rotates in this location is absolutely amazing! One young lady in particular named Chandler! Thank you for all that you do! Great attitude!

Let me preface this with saying I love Tim Hortons. When I moved out this way I was thrilled there was one so close to my house, as I frequented the one in Waterford often. Unfortunately, the staff at this location will run this business into the ground.

The drive thru employees are usually less than enthusiastic, but there is one young lady that was my final straw.

Yesterday went to this location. The girl working the window didn’t say one word to me. No hello, no thank you, she didn’t even tell me my total. When she handed me my change she dropped it into my hand so aggressively it fell all over the ground. No apology. No acknowledging what she did. Silence. I’m not one to call and complain, but I had to after that interaction. The manager assured me she would handle it.

Fast forward to today. I go back to this location and the same girl is on the window. Once again. Not a single word out of her mouth. It’s so incredibly rude when you’re spending your hard earned money somewhere. A simple “thank you” or “have a nice day” would go a long way.

I have worked customer service jobs when I was younger. I’ve also worked management jobs majority of my adult life. I would NEVER let an employee that behaves like that be on a window and treat customers like that. This girl needs to be in the back away from the public.

After today’s interaction I will not be returning. There is another Tim Hortons not much further from me, so I’ll be driving the extra ten minutes to this location. At least I know their employees will say hi to me!

I took my twin daughters there. We purchased blue berry bagels, tea, chocolat drinks. We were served by the manager Asran, who is so nice, pleasant courteous. We would come here again and again.
