2 times I have gone through the drive through ordered a #3 hot chocolate side of cream cheese and im given the wrong sandwich and no hashbrown slow down stop rushing me while taking my order and actually listen do not ask me after each item is that it I'll tell you when I'm done. I even was given a doughnut instead of my cream cheese told manager I ordered a number 3 bagel sandwich and side of cream cheese drove off thinking he's the manager and got it right nope still wrong sandwich...

I’ve stopped here a couple times for breakfast and not once has my sandwich been right. I typically get the bacon belt which at every other location has 2 eggs on it(it’s also how it is on the picture menu) they only ever give me 1. I’ve gotten it with only bacon once, and once without tomatoes. This morning I decided to stop again, they left off the bacon and cheese, usually I just deal but I went back to get it remade, I didn’t check it before I left because the guy at the counter asked the girl point blank ‘there’s bacon and cheese right’ and she said yes. Well back to my office and again no cheese. I’m not going to be stopping at this location anymore if they can’t get a simple sandwich right time after time and especially when I went back to get it corrected. TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE!!!

Decided to stop here to pick up some breakfast on my way into work. Placed an online order and went to the drive through for pickup. Since I was driving to work I didn’t get a chance to open my breakfast sandwich until I sat down at my desk. As soon as I pulled it out a foul smell hit me. I opened the sandwich to find the egg looking like a solid hockey puck. I broke it open to find that it looked like a rotten hard boiled egg that had green all over it. All I could think was thank god I didn’t bite into that. I definitely would have thrown up immediately because I was close to on smell alone. Will definitely stick to BIGGBY and Starbucks for my breakfast sandwiches from now on as this was a huge turn off.

just went there and i forgot to ask for oatmilk in my coffee. i apologized and the cashier asked them to remake it for me. she was very nice so i hope she wasn’t getting in trouble but the lady she asked replied with “i just made it, but sure i guess i can make a new one. this is why orders need to be right.” it was an accident and people forget things. there was no reason for her to be rude what so ever. if you don’t like your job then don’t work there. and on top of the rude comment the coffee tastes disgusting ??
