The service at the Tim’s on Rochester Road is top notch! I drive through with my little fur baby nearly every day in the afternoon and the Supervisor/ manager , Juvit, (not sure about the spelling!) is probably the most welcoming manager of a restaurant/drive thru I’ve ever encountered, along with the other young team members who always remember me! Boring and disappointed. I called the day before (2/12) to place an order for 4 dozen assorted donuts for patient appreciation day at my office. The donuts weren’t ready when I got there (at 6:30am) and they were all the basic boring donuts - no chocolate dip, no vanilla dip, no sprinkles, no Valentine’s Day anything……Usually these types of donuts are included in an assorted dozen. I will be going to our usual bakery for patient appreciation days in the future.

I stop at this Tim Hortons frequently in the morning and always use the drive through. My wife usually orders a donut and coffee and I always order a cappuccino and a cinnamon raisin bagel toasted with cream cheese. They get the order perfect every time and the food is always good, never had any issues with it. I have also never had any complaints about this place or their staff and recommend it.

Delicious food only complaint is they toast the crossiants a little bit to long so they are normally burnt but The strawberry coconut refresher makes up for it because it is so good.

Listen. Bro. I won't lie, the prices are a little higher than the old Timmy Hos I used to go to but dude...these people are coffee connoisseurs fr. Every single time, my coffee is perfect. So consistent. A+ guys. Y'all deserve raises.

Customer service is deficient. I mentioned that my coffee was bad a day before and the lady in the drive-through just mentioned: “Well, you should have called before, I cannot do anything” Not even an apology. I visit this location frequently and I don’t feel like doing this anymore. Don’t recommend.
