Hvnt been to this green field location for months got charged earlier on feb for an order and I was in house all day never left house till I found the bill on my phone while checking my bank app went to location staff said nothing he can do go to my bank for refund did that bank sent letter saying to return to you that the charge was billed already now hv to wait till Monday still don’t hv my funds back in my account?

Went there the other day arriving at drive through at 5:35 a.m. and they NO DOUGHNUTS. Only one thing about a coffee and doughnut shop that hasn't any doughnuts at opening is that the people opening need to go because they're not running the companies store properly. But then again proper wages could encourage the right operations. Minimum wage for a multibillion dollar corporation is slavery.

I decided to try out this location. Sadly it was unpleasant and I won't return. The woman I spoke with was rude. She appeared to take joy in telling me what they don't have, cutting me off, and rushing me. Wouldn't recommend.

I am beyond disappointed with the service at this Tim Hortons location. My recent visit left a terrible impression, not just because of the poor service, but because of the way the manager treated my son. My son has a disability, and instead of offering the patience and respect he deserves, the manager was rude and unprofessional, even going so far as to roll their eyes at him. This behavior is unacceptable, and it’s incredibly disheartening to see such a lack of understanding and compassion from someone in a position of leadership. On top of that, the service was slow and inattentive, with our order messed up and the staff showing little urgency or care.
Tim Hortons is supposed to be a welcoming place for everyone, but this experience was anything but. I truly hope management will address this lack of respect and improve their training, especially in dealing with customers with disabilities. If they want to keep loyal customers, this behavior has to change.
They have no food. I ordered something ask lady if they have it. She said they only had one kind of anytime snackers I said OK that’s fine. Get to the window. They don’t even know my order. They didn’t even put it on my order. I talked to two people and seen three people in 10 minutes through the drive-through.

Boo bucket was 10$ refill when advertised 6$ on the menu! Went to another location and it was 6$. Plus they didn't even fill it all the way ?
AND EVEN IF IT IS POSTED ALL OVER I WAS IN DRIVETHROUGH LOOKING AT MENU WHICH DID NOT REFLECT YOUR MADE UP PRICE****
