The drive-thru staff is always happy in the morning, that makes my day a little bit better. Last time I went through, I forgot my wallet and he still gave me my coffee and smiled and said have a great day! I only have good things to say about this location

Kept me at the drive through without taking my order. I heard them goofing around over the mic.. very unprofessional.
Not a good location. It hurt me when they used a sandwich press on my bagel instead of toasting it. What did I do to deserve that? If you can read; don't go here!!!

Nate and his team are extremely hospitable and fast. I visit this location daily and I appreciate their consistency. This is a must visit if your in the Rochester Hills area.

I enjoy having breakfast there; however, I’m very disappointed by the attitude of one of the staff members who was extremely rude and seemed unaware of the importance of treating customers with respect.
On one occasion, I ordered an egg and cheese sandwich but found meat on top of the egg. When I mentioned that I had only asked for egg and cheese, he responded angrily, which made me leave without taking the food—even though I had already paid.
The second time, I ordered the same sandwich but added, “Please don’t add meat.” Again, his response was rude and dismissive: “You don’t have to say that since you asked for only egg and cheese.”
The third time, I followed his instructions and simply asked for an egg and cheese sandwich. When I opened it, there was meat again. I returned it to him, and he shouted at me and turned his back in a very disrespectful manner.
I have a great concern about this angirly and disrespectful attitude in a resturant.After these repeated negative experiences, I’ve decided not to visit this store again.

I came in the pick up a mobile order, they apparently do not consider Mobile orders paying customers. When I got to the register I told them I was here to pick up a DoorDash, he said step aside I need to talk to my manager. He served the next customer then went and talked to his manager who was right there in front of me; the manager said I don’t care about DoorDash orders. You can go to the end of the line. I had already been to the end of the line. Now twice at the end of the line I said how much longer until I get the order, I need to tell my customer. The manager goes I could care less, I’ve got all these customers. DoorDash can be canceled. I don’t care about their orders. Well thank you for letting me know that you have bad business principles. And you literally vocalized in front of everybody that was sitting in your Tim Hortons restaurant as you’re yelling at at me to cancel. That’s how you run your Tim Hortons.. DoorDash / Mobile orders are paying customers too. You should never treat a customer that way. Just bad business.

This place is run by the people who they are really rude and not welcoming.make sure check your bag because for sure you’re going to miss something,they look at you with anger like they paying your bills.i don’t think the owner cares about a reviews anyway
Every time we come here they find a way to mess it up. One time I ordered a tea and they kept the window open and I could hear an exchange “did you clean that? (No) I wouldn’t drink that” and I had them make me a new one. Today I ordered a sandwich, a muffin and timbits and some how they found a way to mess that up too. Made 2 awful sandwiches and forgot the things they didn’t have to make (?) the staff here must hate their job and refuse to either do their job right or find something fit for themselves somewhere else.
