Honestly probably the worst Tim Hortons I consistently go to. The food isn’t great but it’s fine, most of the issues come from them never having gotten my order right once. I’m talking no modification menu items that are just completely different.

- update: orders have been more consistently correct so I’m putting it up to 3 but food still isn’t that great at this location

Have to agree with previous reviewers; avoid if not peak times. Coffee otherwise is not at all fresh, especially for cold drinks. Service friendliness is hit-or-miss, which is a shame.

By far, 10/10 customer service; I spoke to an associate name Joseph over the phone regarding promotions - he went out of his way to ensure I received the request I was seeking along with connecting with me due to my erratic/stressful day, super fast, friendly, genuine and caring. Highly recommend!!
