Great coffee and donuts at half the cost of Starbucks

My experience at this Tim Horton’s location was very disappointing. I placed a mobile order and not only did they not have all the items I ordered & paid for, but they told me they couldn’t issue a refund in the store and that I had to contact customer support. Well after a few emails back & forth with customer support, all they could offer was the suggestion to call the store and ask again for a refund because “the policy as of August 2021 is that only the managers at the location can process refunds.” Absolutely crazy. This is not the first time I’ve been given the runaround from Tim Horton’s customer service. Looks like I’m going to be calling this store and crossing my fingers a manager actually helps this time. I will not be a return customer.

Update: I was able to speak on the phone with a manager named Mike. Unfortunately, if you need a refund, you have to be in store and have the physical card you used to make the purchase with. Since I do not live in this area, I won’t be able to get a refund. He told me that he will be making sure his staff stops giving bad information and is aware that refunds need to be made at the store. I do hope other customers see this before they get stuck in a pickle like I did.

I typically go to this location quite often I love some of the staff dare. They have always been my favorite since they won fast and friendly and love to service me and I also tip when I can’t they have the best coffee ever and I think they top in Starbucks And I’m a big fan of Starbucks lol however, the only downsize I don’t like about the place is that it always flies around the donuts, the 10 bits and they don’t rotate their coffee after the morning shift so I try to come in the morning but sometimes if I need a quick coffee if I’m busy with my kids and my busy schedule I’ll go in there in the afternoon, but I like fresh coffee and typically they do but they need to contain the flies and make sure that they get on it and don’t serve it if you see it get rid of it other than that this is home. Great work just fix the insect problem❤️😉🤢

I'm tired of going to Tim Hortons & ordering a #8 BELT & there is no lettuce or tomato on my sandwich this is the second one that has done this so what's the purpose of ordering the breakfast sandwich & things are missing????...I'm over it

2 out of 2 times this Tim Hortons got out order wrong. The first was missing donuts we went back and they gave us a hard time before giving them to us. Today pull up to the window pay and they said what did u order. Then the everything bagel was missing cream cheese. MUST CHECK ORDER!

I used to love coming here and I am remember giving this place a five star review when I first started coming to this location, but I honestly missed the old workers because these new people are very rude and they legit do not know how to make a right drink. The past three visits my drink was horrible and it is disgusting compared to other locations very undrinkable

Good quality coffee. Great flavors and seasonal variety. I don't often eat here. Last time I ordered a quick breakfast on the run, my sandwich was good but the hash brown was not desirable. It was barely warm and felt under cooked. I am a fan of the Timbits, though.

I visit this Timmy’s every morning. The staff is always on there game. The drive thru moves quickly and efficiently. Erin and Sarah makes my coffee perfectly everyday. They have great attitudes and always have a positive energy. Even when’s 5:00 in the morning.

The girl taking my order was a bit rude. It’s only my 2nd time going to Tim Hortons ever, so I wanted to look at the menu and ask for a recommendation but felt like I was being rushed when I was the only person in line. She also barely answered my simple question. Food wasn’t too bad but coffee did taste watered down. Just a disappointing experience. Hopefully better next time.
