I’ve always been a loyal Tim Hortons customer, but unfortunately, this location has consistently demonstrated the worst customer service. Charging $1.00 for a cup of ice is unreasonable—and today, I was charged that amount without being informed beforehand. That’s not just disappointing, it feels dishonest. I received an apology, but no refund, which is unacceptable. My colleagues and I visit daily, but after this experience, we’ll be taking our business to Starbucks across the street.
This is a fast paced Tim Hortons The people were good but they were fast and moved on to the next customer which is okay because I got what I wanted.
I won't be coming back to this location. Sarah's energy/attitude is off and she doesn't seem like she wants to work the register today.
The servers were amazing and very accommodating
There is very young person (looks 15 is) at the cash register. He was leaning back on the back counter when I was at the register. He was obviously not interested. He asked me if I was ready before he served me. I asked for coffee and he gave me it black. I asked for cream and sugar and his response was “Well you did ask for any”. Some needs to train this kid on customer service. Also, be interested in working or find something else to do.
Short version
Disappointing experience at Tim's. I'm not a regular, so I don't know the menu well, but being rushed while ordering didn't help. Got incorrect order... again (missing hash brown, cold hash browns). Staff seemed frazzled and rude, which didn't make up for the mistakes. Maybe take a deep breath and help customers who aren't familiar with the menu?
Longer version
I don't often stop at Tim's, usually only when it's on our way. As a result, I'm not super familiar with the menu. I knew what I wanted to order, though - the same thing I got last time, which, unfortunately, they got wrong. I decided to give them another shot, but maybe I should've known better. The lady helping us was not only rushed but also came across as rude, pushing us to order quickly. I understand mornings can be busy, but a little courtesy goes a long way.
As we ordered, my fiancé suggested upgrading to a combo, and I agreed. However, being unfamiliar with their drink options, I was trying to decide on the spot while being hurried along. Once we paid and received our food, I noticed only one hash brown in the bag and suspected an error. When I mentioned it to the staff, they seemed uncertain and had to double-check. It turned out both hash browns were indeed in the bag, but the packaging wasn't clear, which led to the confusion.
To make matters worse, when my fiancé mentioned the hash browns were ice cold halfway home, it wasn't surprising given how quickly we'd received our food. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I won't be rushing back anytime soon.
Check your orders before you leave!!!! 3 times back to get our order correct.
Perhaps the employees need additional training on health code rules. They took my (cash)money, repeatedly touched her headset and the door to the donut cabinet with gloves on and then handled the donuts with the same gloves on. This is not the
1st time. I stopped coming because of this but tried again today after several months, same thing. I only came here because it is close to my work. I don't think any Tim Hortons are any good. I read they're reviews afterwards and the owners reply to unflattering reviews looks like cut and paste. The same for all negative reviews.
Fish was delicious.
This location never disappoints compared to other Tim Horton locations! They know how to do their drinks, perfectly without having the watery taste. Their speed with getting orders done is consistent. Aside from all that they have the friendliest staff compared to other locations. Their staff is always very welcoming, sweet, and they always have that positive smile on their face, and these days everyone could use positivity. I am an every day customer and not once was I ever disappointed. Keep up the good work!

This place is quite inconsistent. If you don’t want to serve food after 7 pm, then have that indicated on your app. I placed my order on the app, got to the window and they tell me they chose to stop serving food at 7. Ten minutes later I’m still sitting here at the window waiting for my refund. It ridiculous. Just give me my money so I can drive to another store.

I had a very disappointing experience at this store in Michigan. First, it took a long time to find my order. Then, they didn’t provide what I actually ordered, and when I pointed this out, I was told that a specific item wasn’t made in-store, despite being on my order.
To make matters worse, I found that one of the blueberry Timbits had been bitten into, leaving only half in the box. When I called to report the issue, I was told it was just a cut mark, honestly don’t feel comfortable eating the food. I’m really upset about this experience.

I've always been a fan of Tim hortons. However, this location is not the best! Its dining table set was small and dirty, and they have only two of them, which a family of 4 or more want be able to sit all in one. Also, there were a couple of flies, which is always a red flag in any food place. Other than that, breakfast was a blast as always.

First time ever trying a Tim Horton restaurant. Food was stone cold and coffee tasted like flavored water. Will never go to another Tim Hortons again. Total waste of money.
