Wow. Just wow. Ordered a 5pc, yes FIVE PIECE, spicy chicken tender; was given THREE pieces. When we were handed it, he even said 3 piece, to which we asked if it was 5, and he said yes. Open the box, and yes, only 3 piece. Go back and ask them to correct it, to which they said "these pieces are much larger than normal, we can't give you more." OK, that's unacceptable. But I'm not going to bother with them.
So $10 for 3 pieces of chicken, then I paid for the cole slaw, and I got a half cup of shredded cabbage and carrots. No sauce. No seasoning at all.
Lastly, most of the chairs were metal, but the couch and hanging chair that had fabric cushions were so disgusting with rips and stains all over them.
The only positive thing was the bubble tea, even the customer service was not great.
I don't think I'll be returning, will have to find a new bubble tea spot.

Ordered 12-piece "family" meal for just myself and my husband. The description says you get 4 biscuits and 4 sides, actually only comes with 3 of each. As you're ordering it says you'll get cole slaw with the meal; also a lie. Sides are TINY, ordered crinkle fries (received curly) and when we split the order I had 3 fries on my plate, no exaggeration. The cups for the "family" sides hold literally 1 cup, I measured. Chicken seasoning was not good, biscuits were dry, mashed potatoes were okay but it would have been nice to have more than one tiny scoop. Chicken was only tiny drumsticks and thighs, no white meat. Overall just terribly overpriced and awful experience.

The sandwiches are very good. This time we ordered two and one was about double the size of the other (just how they're shipped) but Evan took care of us. Good guy. Will be back.

I took over 20 minutes of waiting for my chicken. Staff was just OK. My girlfriend didn't like the thighs. Dark in color, very dry and hard. The spicy chicken sandwich was alright. No where near as good as Detroit Wing Co. chicken sandwich. It was not as good as I expected it would be.

Good flavor on the boasted wings. (This is a boasted wing place) Cole slaw was good and the mashed potatoes taste homemade. Worth the stop. We will be back!

Chicken, mashed potatoes, and coleslaw were very, very salty! Portions were very small and overcooked, so much so that there were hardly any meat!Sad that was my first and last order.

Great Asian-style / chain fried chicken finally in North America! Fried chicken is hot and fresh and tastes great.Got duped into their drink special if you decide to get a combo but was told the menu wasn’t updated and the promo was over. They have a few self-order terminals but were all out of service. Hmmm…?

The fried chicken was HORRIBLE must be marinated in soy sauce /teriyaki. Very expensive and no dipping sauce is included and no white meat! I fed it to my dogs and they enjoyed it. I was so disappointed after reading the good reviews.

The chicken was hot and juicy, but I wasn't a fan of the seasonings used. Also, the sides were not great. First, at least fill the containers to the top. Second, the coleslaw was flavorless, the shashito peppers were inedible, the cheese curds were fine (but a $1 extra? Really?)I had read great reviews on the place and am sad that it is not up my alley.
