Placed an online order on May 3rd 2025, when the order was ready for pick up the doors were locked and no employees were in sight!! Watched many customers try to enter the establishment and access was denied. No sign on the door explaining what the issue was, and when you call the number it goes to the voicemail and the mailbox is full so you can’t leave a message. Here it is May 16th 2025 and I still haven’t heard anything. I live over an hour away from the establishment so I haven’t had time to go back to the facility, this experience was very unprofessional and I want my refund of $54.39 for the food we never received!!! 1 star wouldn’t recommend this place very bad first experience!!

I order from here a LOT. I've had good service when I've come in. I love the food and it's been prepared well most every time. I just wish the dressings on the sandwiches could be applied a little more lightly. They are often quite drippy. Less is more, with dressings :-)

This is the second time in one month that we have experienced rude staff from this location. Also be prepared for a 20+ minute drive thru experience with only 1 car ahead of you.

The ladies are very fast and efficient and very friendly! The dinning room was super clean! I also got a flatbread and it was delicious!
