Love the smoothies. My fave is the jetty punch (strawberry banana). sandwiches have a good variety are always tasty. Use the app, order ahead and either pick up or eat there with no waiting.

Not sure how you mess up a peanut butter flatbed. Seems like they toasted it and nuked it. Absolutely the worst one i have ever had. Sorry but u need this review if u can't make simple flatbread not taste like one big peace of burnt toast.

Ordered online 1.5 hr ahead to get there and wait another 30 min and waste my whole lunch break,happens every time! Done with this place! They don't know how to run a business!

I LOVE Tropical Smoithie Cafe! I go out of my way when I travel to find one!However, this store was such a disappointment. They were stingy with ingredients and inflexible with requests. I will go out of my way to AVOID this location.

Didnt receive any of our chips and they arent doing anything to make up for convenience but we need to leave our name and order info just to get the chips we paid for. Also, almost no chicken in two of the chicken wraps. Very disappointing service/food.

This is possibly the worst tropical smoothie cafe I’ve ever been to. They have like 8 people working inside not busy at all takes 15 min to get order taken and everyone is just in such a bad mood. And to top it all off the cup was only 3/4 full. Will not be returning to this location again

This store closed at 9pm. I went in at 8:40pm. I immediately got rolled eyes from workers who took a while to stop closing and take my order. I had two smoothies and one flatbread. While making my order, I could hear the lady bad mouthing over the headset to other coworkers about me coming in 20 minutes before close. She then got my order wrong the first time using milk chocolate instead of white chocolate. I informed her of that and she told me she “made the whole wrong drink”. I was nice by saying “no worries” to then get the drink as a beach bum with white chocolate instead of a bahama mama that I ordered. It felt personal as she would not stop bad mouthing the whole time. I have worked in an environment similar and when you work until close, you work until close. This was so terrible and I will not be back.
