Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I get a strawberry banana smoothie, cheese quesadilla with sea salt chips and a chocolate chip cookie has just a regular meal. It’s very good the smoothies are super good and tasty and the meal is super good! The service speed is super fast and good and the employees are super nice and polite the atmosphere is super nice fitting the tropical vibe it’s super good!

if you order any item off the menu that comes with chipotle mayo, expect to only get chipotle mayo.
california flatbread and southwest wrap, both were pretty much just two big orders of chipotle mayo slop. tried to eat it but got major heartburn two bites in. a waste of good food. train your employees better.

Got lunch around 1:30pm. Everything went off without a hitch on my lunch break. Thank you for fast service it makes the day easy. Staff was helpful and kind as well. Keep up the good work! Thank you again Lisa for your help!

I normally order online and I run into pick up while im on lunch at work. Food is always ready when scheduled and always fresh

This place is very hit or miss. Either your order is made like it’s supposed to, or it looks like a bunch of 3 year olds were handed a bunch of ingredients and told to make my order. I’ve heard that they basically have new workers training other new workers and it’s a mess. This place has the potential to be one of the most popular spots, but because of lazy owners and management it has turned into a restaurant ran by actual children. No offense to the young workers, being trained badly wasn’t your fault. The owners are so lazy that they’re going to have a robot responding to this review instead of a human saying to click and link and “hopefully it’s better next time.” That’s a complete joke of an owner that takes no responsibility or accountability, I’ve seen it so many times from this place and for some reason I still give it a chance from time to time. But if they trained the kids well and made sure the food was good, I’d go there every day! Reviews don’t lie, I’ll purposely go to another location because I know they’ll make my food good.

If u love being ignored this is the place for u. I went in wanting a smoothie at 1130am and 3 people r waiting for their smoothie or prob even to ne noticed bc they left early. As a tropical smoothie worker at a diff location, they should be fired. Only 2 workers there and they're moving slow, didn't acknowledge me, and acted as if what theyre doing was more important. One guy only had 3 smoothies to make on the screen and it took 5 min to make one, I make 3 smoothies at once and it takes a minute or 2. The girl was taking orders but was standing there waiting for the smoothie the guy was making. At my job, we have to take someone's order and if we r busy we ask someone to take register. Everyone and I left bc we didn't get answered. The terrible thing was I worked at this location and im disappointed, not to mention it's depressing and dark in there

Please focus on making your pick-up orders ready on time.
You are way far off the mark every single time.
I wouldn't order if I knew I'd have to spend 20 minutes of my day standing in your store AFTER it was supposed to be ready.

As a dasher I can understand when you're busy and there's a wait. But someone asks you for the name and just walks off not looking for it at all or communicating with her coworkers just wasted 30 minutes of my time and I will never accept orders from here again until change of staff occurs. Yes to me that bad

Smoothie tasted like nothing both times I went here, they don’t make it like other locations. Not worth a dollar.. it tastes like nothing

I stood waiting to place an order for 5 minutes without acknowledgment. I watched as four employees made food & smoothies and take new drive thru orders, but not address me.

I always visit this location. I ordered a smoothie the day before and it was not blended properly , I was chewing every sip . Came back the next day thinking it was just something with the fruit , expressed how I felt to ATHENA and she was spot on she listened and corrected the problem! The smoothie was so good just how I like it , it made up for the previous day ! THANK YOU ATHENA!

20 minutes to get a smoothie with no one else in the store or in drive-thru

The food is always so good here, but the service is not. We ordered everything at the drive through and when we pulled up to the window we added something to our order and this worker, Lexi, rolled her eyes at us saying you usually can’t add stuff at the window, but I will this time. She said it with such a snobby attitude. I work in customer service and we did take a while to order but like girl come on that is so unprofessional. We would’ve gladly came back in line to order the other thing but her attitude was just not it. We did tip 10%, so our order ended up being $70, but that girl was rude. Food is amazing overall though!

I wasn’t even here this location to order, I went in today for a management interview. There were 4 younger employees and a woman. In the short time I spent waiting, I heard her cuss at her teenage-looking employees and was asked to reschedule the interview despite the location not having many guests. This woman asked me rudely what time my interview was and when I said “2pm” she said “oh of course”.
Coming from food most of my life, I have never treated a potential employee this way nor my staff. She seemed very unprofessional, and going off the reviews for this location it seems like I’m not the only one that has witnessed her behavior. Truly disappointing
