No beans in the chili, just large pieces of burger patties! I've had Wendy's chili a lof and never had it as bad as at this location.
The large man at the drive thru window couldn't be bothered to greet me with a hello even after I said hello. The handed me my order and said NOTHING, not a thank you or have a nice day, nothing! They should teach them the basics here!

Disappointed at this location. Picked up order at drive- thru....fast friendly service kudos for that. Only to get to my lunch time and find my chili with a whole hamburger patty in it and the chili cheese baked potato with another huge patty on there....literally on the baked potato...which was also over cooked. You cant tell me person did not see that. Very poor presentation Wendy's and poor cooking. Please do better.

Hear me outtt!! Every single time my boyfriend and I come here they get our order wrong. And I’m talkin EVERY SINGLE TIME. We’ve both worked in food service so we always try to give grace in that department, but enough is enough man. The employees seem out of it and are really rude every time as well. There has been numerous times when the manager has tried to blame us for getting our order wrong. They always forget not to put cheese on my boyfriend’s order and every time I ask them to correct the mistake she says “well you need to make sure you tell us.” Yeah immma stop you right there because I need to make sure to tell you that your management skills suuuuck and you need to learn how to start taking accountability for your team that continuously messes up orders. I understand this is an entry level job and food service is rough but my grace for them is out the window because they are nasty, rude and should find a job that doesn’t involve working with people in general.

Just not a good franchise. Everyone is moving slow as molasses. Many of the other customers were shaking their head with disappointment or just plain annoyed. The woman's restroom was abhorrent. I got to see this for 1hr and 45 minutes as I drove my friend for an interview here. The manager just stood there looking at him on the phone. Good luck

Wendys has never come back since the pandemic. It's sad. Every. Single. Location is a literal coin flip. Franchisees need to be held more accountable. Dry/questionable food, filthy establishments, employees that don't want to be there (I don't blame them). I think I'm done with them.

for the love of GOD i beg you not to come here i came here for lunch every so often due to my work being close by yesterday i went and got a 6$ biggie bag as i start eating i noticed my food tasted awfully strange but i go with it as a think maybe it’s just me being paranoid i proceeded to finish my food my stomach hurt a little but nothing to complain about fast forward to 11:20 i wake up to some of the most gut wrenching stomach cramps of my life i sprint to the bathroom where i proceeded to get sick for 3 minutes straight i will never be back here please please please stay away.

You asked me if i wanted ranch or bleu cheese I said ranch after getting my meal of spicy chicken nuggets I noticed that I received no freaking Ranch in my bag horrible service several times this restaurant sucks

Someone has to explain to me why a restaurant that has been open for an hour is obviously not ready to make food. 15 minutes for an order when nobody else is in line is kind of crazy. This happens at multiple Wendy's locations, btw. It's wild to me that certain restaurants have completely given up on giving good customer service.

Probably the slowest, most useless group of employees I've ever seen working at any fast food restaurant in my life.
Doesn't even make sense, the slower you go the more you work.
The faster you go, the more you can play on your phone or whatever else you wanna do.

Dining room always closed even though the mobile app allows you to place a dine-in order.

Long waits at drive through, 10-15 mins waiting at the speaker before being able to order.

Once food was received, it was all room temperature. Fries were half full and put into the bag upside down. Nugs were cold and hard as well.

Avoid this location until it's under new ownership.
