Its fast food, is it good maybe. Its never hot its always just warm food. The burger is received had very dry meat, like it was cook long before I had placed my order.

Went thru the drive thru tonight, my credit card was returned to me thrown inside the bag of food. A new level of ignorance & rudeness by the Wendy's team members at this location.

This place is dated. The parking lot is aging. The interior is dated and dirty. Bathroom was so dirty, I actually decided to hold it. I felt I needed a shot after walking out of the restaurant.
Service wasn’t very good. Employees were younger kids, and were SLOW.
Only thing positive, the frosty was good. But man this place is bad. Whatever is being built 2 doors down, well hopefully it’s a better restaurant.

First off, I’m in the restaurant business and I’m very familiar with how things work and how long things take.
Placed an order for Chicken nugget combo no salt on the fries. Got to the window, gave this kid my card (which he didn’t give back until he gave me the food a couple minutes later.. weird) he left the window open so i heard and WATCHED what they did. Kid said “no salt on the fries” i watched the fry cook dump the fries back into the basket and dipped them in the fryer for about 20-30 seconds. Then with his ungloved tape/bandage on his hand put the fries in the packaging. Thats not even the worst part, i took a bite of the nuggets ( they’re for my daughter) they tasted dirty, anyone in the restaurant business will know what i mean by that. That means OLD DARK SMOKEY OIL. I called to complain about it and i was upset because i spent money on food that wasn’t edible, i wouldn’t even food it to my dog! On the phone I told him about the oil, at first he didn’t have an answer. Then he said “we get what we get, we didn’t have enough oil” i know it’s not the kids fault but the fact that this franchise is not abiding by Wendy’s SOP’s is beyond me, corporate should fine this franchise owner and put him or her on probation. This is completely unacceptable, i will be reaching out to Wendy’s corporate and other appropriate channels to ensure food safety.

Stopped for dinner and my kids both got the chicken nugget meal. About 6 hours later, both were puking from food poisoning. I usually like Wendy’s, but I would not suggest going to this one.

Probably the worst fast food experience ive ever had. How do you make me wait 7+ minutes and repeat my order 5 times just to have me drive home and it’s still wrong.

I don’t usually do reviews for fast food because I don’t really have a long lasting experience but I’m here to say davonte blew me out of the water. Huge line at 9pm and you usually expect attitude and a crappy combo. But davonte was thorough, nice, respectful, I could go on. Definitely not the type of personality I was expecting at a Wendy’s. They’re lucky with him! Hope the best for him!
I’m not sure what had happened to Wendy’s as a company but the seem to only employ unprofessional people who are incapable of performing the basic duties of working at a fast food establishment. I ordered my food on the Wendy’s app prior to arriving. I ordered for four people. Nothing to crazy. 2 Dave doubles, 2 bacon cheese burgers and a regular cheese burger. Every single burger patty was charred and seemed as if they had been sitting out for a while . The food was beyond something that should have been served to a paying customer. I could see maybe one burger being a little off but five different burgers all made with little skill or care for how it tasted. Starts with the management allowing poor performance. I will not be returning to this location again.

Came by at 4:45 PM on Friday, September 26 and sat in the drive-through for 10 minutes waiting for somebody to acknowledge that I was there and take my order. Ended up driving around and seeing multiple employees in the back of the kitchen not doing their job and not taking orders from the drive-through.
