Disappointed at this location. Picked up order at drive- thru....fast friendly service kudos for that. Only to get to my lunch time and find my chili with a whole hamburger patty in it and the chili cheese baked potato with another huge patty on there....literally on the baked potato...which was also over cooked. You cant tell me person did not see that. Very poor presentation Wendy's and poor cooking. Please do better.
I love their chili; however, the chili was watered down. Please don't do that! It makes the flavor and taste so diminished. Hamburger was great! However, I ordered one without cheese only, and I got an absolute plain burger with nothing on it. Please pay attention to your orders.
The food is usually good, but the wait is 10-15 minutes every time I go - to feed 2 people, regardless that there is no line.The food isn't always hot.I question if they even have a frosty machine because I can rarely actually get one.. But if you do, you get that 1st and wait 10-15 minutes while they melt to get the food. They don't do any of the new flavors.It should be a great place. The location should keep them busy and you would think they'd promote and actually...
