I'd give zero stars if that was an option. I ordered food from them through Uber Eats, my order was missing 30 wings. I contacted Uber and they said to reach out to the store, I called the store and they promised a refund, when it didn't come again I called and again I was promised a refund. When it still did not come I called a third time and was told that it was Uber's fault and that they lied when they promised a refund. Then when I asked for the number for the district manager they supplied a dummy voicemail number like it was some kind of joke. In all my life this has to be the worst customer service I've ever experienced and that's saying alot considering I'm a comcast customer.

Ordered 30 flats plain with sauce on side.By far the best wings I've ever had.Im not going to lie,I've had issues in the best but it looks like they have the kinks worked out after a few rocky years.Service was great and cooked to perfection.Hell yeah Rochester Wing Stop,you make me proud 👏
