They could not give me cold wings and cold fries plus my drink was nasty
Hello and welcome to another Hungry Guy in a Wheelchair restaurant review.. Today’s review is Wingstop in Manchester, NH… If you’re rolling in hungry and craving some solid wings, WingStop has got you covered. Let’s break it down: Getting in was smooth. The parking lot had reasonable wheelchair-accessible spaces, and the entrance didn’t give me any trouble. Inside tho the curb cut was way off on the other side of the lot, the layout was open enough to navigate without playing bumper cars with tables 😂. The place has a casual, clean vibe with an open kitchen, so you can see your food being made. Staff were friendly and quick to help if needed. Now for the food and they give you 3 choices of sauces—honey mustard, ranch, and blue cheese. We all went for the 3 piece wings with a side of spicy fries too shares my friend Anna Costa-Turner went with the original hot flavor . I went with the Atomic flavor (hottest they have and it did its job well), if you ever wonder why it’s called Atomic you’ll see why. My mom went for chicken tenders with the mild.. Big portions, fair prices. Everything came in takeout containers with plastic utensils, which actually made life easier when it was time to pack up leftovers. Good food, good service, and easy access—what more could a hungry guy in a wheelchair ask for? If you’re in the area and craving wings, this spot’s worth the stop. I give this spot an overall rating of 9.1/10.
I loved Wingstop. I keep going back expecting better. I’ve gone to multiple locations around St.Louis. I guess I’m finally done, I’m tired is being disappointed. They give you options for well done and extra seasoning. It is never well done and very rarely do you get extra seasoning. Just sell me the lemon pepper seasoning and fries seasoning. It’s not worth the money to have your order wrong every time.
Every table was dirty. The pop machine wasn't makin good drinks. Like it needed 2 b changed. The corn on the cob was good. The tenders were dry and cold. I was very surprised for this Location 2 b so horribly managed.

I eat at Wingstops all over the country because I love there wings and fries. Unfortunately this location which is close to my house has gone fíen hill fast. Do not judge Wingstop by this franchise. It is dirty, slow, non- responsive and the food is not up to the standard of the chain. Very disappointed that my home store is so bad lately. 3 bad experiences in a row with now response to survey feedback.

The place is disgusting. Trash is all over the counter and tables were not clean. There was no trash can and soda machine wasn’t working properly. The fries were either super thick or super thin and crispy and uneatable. The boys working were eating and wiping their noses and touching the food without washing hands. Overall the worst wingstop I’ve encountered. Save your money and go to a different location.

From the moment I walked in I was thinking it was a mistake. The place was dirty and the guy behind the counter didn't even take his eyes off of his phone until I asked him to take my order. He shouted to the back asking if they would even be able to take my order. Very disinterested in anything remotely resembling customer service. His co-worker came up to the counter and took my order. She was more friendly but my impression was already tainted. After placing my order, I went to the self-service beverage area. It was covered in garbage and sticky. I had to hunt for an actual garbage can to throw away my straw wrapper. I then sat at the closest table that was also sticky and just plain dirty. Bad experience!
Now, the food was ok but they failed to include the extra sauce I requested. Not usually a big deal, but with all the other failures, it was enough for me to write this review.

3 tries. It got worse each time. You know it's bad when your teenager says she can't eat there anymore. Raw fries. Old cold chicken and endlessly wrong orders. How does one order 2 types of chicken and receive 4 types only 1 being what we ordered?

Made a mobile order as I always do show up there at quarter to close they tell me the order is not on their screen OK so I go back to my car and get my phone in the snowstorm last night go back and show them the order number the confirmation that it was taken out of my bank account. It’s no longer in my pending transactions. It’s in my actual purchases and what I ordered and they refused to make it so they didn’t get the order through the computer so they couldn’t do anything about it so you’re telling me you can’t give me a refund. You can’t give me food. You’re just sending me on my way hungry what if that was my last $18? What if I literally had no money for anything else and that was all I had to feed myself and my children last night Not to mention it was midnight so the only thing open at that point is Taco Bell no open stores. Then I called this morning driest manager in the world yup sorry about that. Name ok I’ll have it refunded today. Have a good day….. I miss when people actually cared about their jobs and the customers. ( I work a service job no need for any of that to happen)

SOOOOOO SLOW. ITS LIKE ALL WINGSTOPS HIRE THE SLOWEST POSSIBLE EMPLOYEES THAT THEY CAN FIND!!! AND NEVER A MANAGER AROUND TO MAKE SURE THINGS ARE GOING WELL.
Absolutely HORRIBLE 2/8/15 about 10:30pm.
3 employees present. All 3 on their phones. Zero of them working. Customers staring at them, not waited on, confused.

Placed an online order at 8:00. I ordered traditional and instead received boneless wings that were so small they could hardly even count as a nugget. I got soggy "well-done" fries that were lightly dusted with a pinch of seasoning. Food was stone cold out of the bag . I was the only order on the shelf, and I'm assuming from how dead it was that they only had to make my one order. Not sure what I did to upset anyone, but apparently giving anyone here work is enough to piss them off. Place is always filthy, and service is awful. Seriously, there are other places that have better wings. Spend your money elsewhere.
