Your restaurant really disappointed me! I had a party of 10. The food has really gone done Hill. Such a shame. My Slim Jim was for a toddler. One very thin small piece of ham (didn’t look like the picture) on a baby size bun. It was a Joke. Salad bar was low or empty on most items. The ladies restroom smelled like a sewer! Our table was right in front of it. So we had the unpleasant odor through out lunch. The best part our lunch We had the Best Server hands down. Very attentive Had our table set up perfectly! Kudos to MONICA 👍 If this Big Boy closes its doors I will totally understand why!!! Shame on the Owners 👎

I'm just not a fan of Big Boys. The service was great. Very friendly and attentive. There's usually only 2 other people in here when I go which is fine but why so few people?

I had a Uber bring me my food..everything I order was great except the fish and chips..the fish was nothing over cooked and greasy..there was barely no fish

We stopped in for dinner around 5:30 pm on October 20, 2024. The restaurant was sparsely attended and there was only 1 server. This server was not polite, friendly or personable. She acted like she was unhappy to be there. She forgot to bring silverware for my salad. I tried waving her down to get her attention but she flat out ignored me. Then I walked to the counter and she tried ignoring me then until I spoke loudly enough where she couldnt play games with me anymore. I like Big Boy but the service was so bad that I probably will not return to this location.

If you want to eat the same day dont go here!!! Went here to get a quick lunch with my wife before our appointment a few building down. We arrived and were seated quickly, we both ordered the turkey club with fries, after 40min we still had no food. There were a few other people there mabye 5 tables that were there when we arrived and already had their food, so they were not busy for it to take 40min to get our food. We had to ask about it for our waitress to even acknowledge we didn't have it yet, it was like she forgot about it. We had to have her get us boxes for our food and the bill before we even got our food so we could leave immediately to make it to the appointment.

Back home for a visit and just had to have one of those big boy hamburgers. The server was Very nice and efficient.
Service is above normal. Take time to make it right. Friendly always willing to make the time a happy one

Such a disappointment. This place used to be iconic. Now it's poorly cooked greasy food and expensive prices. The once infamous salad bar is nothing more than iceberg lettuce and other canned veggies. So sad.

I am so very disappointed in this Big Boy on Rochester Rd. I have always loved the classic Big Boy burger and this was the worse possible Big Boy hamburger ever served. It was burnt, dry meat, and no cheese on it. We took our 2 grandkids and the service was terrible as well.
