“Always consistently good beer, food, and service. We stop in whenever we're in town.“

“On Memorial Day weekend I decided my knowledge of local breweries was woefully deficient so I set out to fix that. I'd driven by Blue Skies repeatedly, time to go inside.
The artwork is all airplane-related, photos of DC-3s/C-47s mainly with some cockpit pics and one from a 50s movie of a pilot getting a kiss (on the cheek, of course). There's even a large scale model hanging in the keg cooler.
The weather was such that everyone was sitting outdoors right by the road. I chose the quieter, empty indoors.
The music, 70s & 80s soft rock & pop, played at a respectful volume, audible but not intrusive.
The beer is very good, the service is excellent.
The food menu looks very nice but the Cuban sandwich is better phrased as Cuban-inspired. Got the roast beef & onion. Not a bad panini but nothing special really. The cherry BBQ chips from Great Lakes were very good.
Parking: Watch where you park, some spaces have one hour limits, others do not.
Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room“

“This was my second time there and I hope to have many more. It’s quickly becoming one of my all time favorites. The pulled pork and the hanger steak are outstanding. Sweet potato tater tots and even the potato wedges are also excellent. The beers are interesting too, though I’ve yet to find a favorite.“

“Great place! Attended an end of year gathering with friends. Food was really good. We had bang bang shrimp, street nachos, spinach and artichoke dip, pretzels. All delicious. The service was fantastic. Our server was very friendly and very attentive. Highly recommend.“
