I went there today, the lobby was packed! Smallest pieces of chicken that I’ve gotten in my whole life. I was waiting for almost an hour for my food which was supposed to be made on time. I get my food, smallest pieces of chicken I’ve ever gotten. Not to mention the green beans were cold and tasted like someone took them right out of a fridge and handed it to me. I was waiting for almost an hour to pick it up, while others received their food sooner than me and coming in after me.

Chicken Shack in Rochester catered lunch for us at Fox Automotive. The food was excellent! All the employees loved it. I highly recommend!
