Chicken Shack Rochester

Stopped by after visiting someone in the hospital for a quick dinner. We ordered a 2 piece meal. The staff was very friendly and helpful. He got the 2 pieces of chicken I wanted. It came out pretty fast for being made after our order. The potatoes are wonderful. The Chicken is great tasting. You get a roll and butter with your meal. Very good.

Went out to dinner during the Big Bright Light Show with my four kids, and enjoyed everything.

We ordered Bar-b-cued tenders with Shack Potatoes and ribs with French fries. The food was hot, fresh, and tasty. The service was awesome and the restaurant was very clean overall. We will be back soon.

This location is THE BEST. The staff was friendly, accommodating and my order was perfect. The food was the best we've had from a chicken carryout. I believe the manager is the reason. He was attentive and very much part of the orders being filled.

The Service here is AMAZING. I was trying to place a catering order at 9:30 am and had questions about the website order form. Knowing that the restaurant doesnt open until 11am I called hoping that someone would answer. I was so excited that RICKY answered the phone before they opened. HE WAS SO HELPFUL, POLITE AND NICE. He answered all my questions and made my day. When I picked up our order it was FRESH, CORRECT and YUMMY. Everyone working there was GREAT. Thank you for being so great :)

We usually take out from Chicken Shack. The broasted potatoes and BBQ chicken are amazingly addictive. Coleslaw is slightly creamy (not thick) just the way we like it. Favorite place for a quick feel good meal.

Parking: Parking garage is free for first hour if the small Chicken Shack lot is full.

Worse fried chicken ever! Asked for 4 piece, white meat and got two breasts and two wings. Chicken dry.. seemed like old bird !

I’ve given Chicken Shack 5 chances in the past 4 years. Every time it disappoints. Dey chicken that tastes a day old, soggy skin, and total lack of seasoning. If you want better chicken, McDonalds is better.

Good Michigan owned chicken company. The chicken is great, the potatoes and butter are great! Wish there were some healthy options, I know it's friend chicken, but some sort of salad, idk? The people who work there are all friendly and super helpful. The only real issue is that the inside looks worn down. Chairs and benches are warped, and the walls and floor just look dingy. It looks clean, just old and worn down.

If I could give this place a 0 I would… Supposedly under “new management” but it only got worse. Would not recommend to anyone! Never eating here again and would not advise anyone else either. Got food poisoning from uncooked and unseasoned chicken. 0/10 service, atmosphere & food.
