Whoever was working the fryer at 3:00 on 3/14/24, you are the Fryer King...Lord of the Deep Fry. DoorDash Guy drop of the finest Chicken Shack I ever had. The chicken was hot and perfect, those potatoes were on point...but how do onion rings show up after a long drive with heat and crunch? No greasy fingers either. Tell the boss to start throwing in two BBQ sauces with the forty pack for me. Is that really where they need to save money?

Catered from here for my super bowl party and the food was great. They gave a good amount in their pans and lots of yummy leftovers. Workers were very nice and accommodating for any special requests

1pm on a weekday. Nobody at register for 15 minutes. I left and will never come back. Honestly, the food here was always bad. I can't wait for them to go out of business so a new place can go in there.

Tried to place an online order but it was temporarily unavailable. Called to place a carry-out and the individual that answered the phone (not sure if it was a male or female) had an awful attitude. I abruptly stopped placing my order and told them their attitude was horrible. Will not be ordering from this location again!!!!
we ordered carry out online for a party we were hosting and they forgot our shack potatoes. They didn't resolve and told us that the next time we come in to "let them know they forgot our potatoes last time and they would give us a free potato then".
