Others 8 pm and they said we don’t have vegetables , we don’t have guacamole and w writhing so so sorry falling stuff on each other buckets . My god how come owner doesn’t take action for this ? Seem owner has earn enough so he doesn’t care !

Nice place, good service and most importantly all containers were full and good service. Usually my experience with other Chipotle is not so good, they are out of items and poor service. But this experience was different.

Ordered catering for my office. They delivered the best carnitas I've ever had. And i love pork butt. I smoke it and bake it at home. This was truly sensational! Congratulations to me for getting to eat it! And well done by you Chipotle on Rochester and Barclay Circle!

I ordered two burrito bowls and the portion sizes were shockingly small. I always have leftovers and usually eat half or less, but this time I had none. My bowl had very little chicken and barely any beans. Overall, very disappointing.

We ordered online today. I got a bowl and a burrito and some chips with queso and guac. The proportions were child size and didn’t even fill the base of the bowl. The ingredients weren’t even spread out evenly. We barely even got two handfuls of chips in each bag and they were STALE. Do not go here if you have an adult sized appetite because it will never be filled. It’s sad is what it is.

We ordered 4 plates from this restaurant and to our shock, we found hair in 2 of them. Absolutely unacceptable and disgusting! They only refunded those 2 plates, but we asked for a refund for all of them since no one felt comfortable eating after that. The manager refused and, instead of apologizing, made a rude comment saying “I don’t have black hair, so it must be from you.” This is the most unprofessional response I’ve ever heard from a manager. Poor hygiene, lack of responsibility, and terrible customer service. Never ordering again.

The guy working the counter and making the food only filled the bowls half way. When I mentioned that the food was only half a portion of what it should be the worker Nick said “want a tissue?” And then we asked if he could fill up the food more he said no. I get its fast food but that level of disrespect to customers is insane.

I walked in and the guy was being very rude for no reason what so ever I walked in and I was very polite after everything I asked for I said please and I ended up ordering a second bowl because they didn’t give me anything in my first one I had to pay for double everything aswell cause they refused to just add more even tho it was there fault

Today, I had probably the best burrito I’ve ever had from any Chipotle ever. However, it’s still 4 stars because this is the only time I’ve ever had a good experience with this location.
They are consistently out of staple ingredients when me or my coworkers go to pick up food (I work at a nearby business, so this is often). I can understand being out of certain protein options, but not having cheese or lettuce at times is crazy. If it were a once or twice occurrence, no biggie. Nearly every time we go, they are out of at least three things.
Tonight they had all the ingredients and they really did us right with the portion sizes, especially since we got double protein. I think I still prefer Qdoba.

There were 8 people in the entire restaurant and it took us 30 minutes to get any of the workers attention to serve us. Awful experience
