The cupcake tops and cookies were very dry and a bit hard. I was excited for the Samoa chocolate cheesecake, looked delicious, but the coconut/caramel topping was a hockey puck on top of the cheesecake. Flavors were pretty good though. It was midday on a Sunday, maybe that’s why my experience was poor? I might try again another day. The mojito cupcake and apple caramel cheesecake was delicious!

If you aren’t going to bakehouse in a cold winter night strolling downtown Rochester, what are you doing? This place is the best!!!

Love this place. Cupcakes and donuts are soooo delish. Prices are a little high but fir a splurge it's fine. Seating is minimal and cold. They need to cozy it up more and turn on the heat 😜

Holy smokes Sam is the man, running the shop han style.. solo. Really impressed with his customer service, ability to move around and support so many customers on his own. Definitely an asset to the store.

They have great cupcakes but it is not worth the price with the attitude from the staff you have to put up with when ordering. The staff acts like you are bothering them. Not inviting at all.

Unfortunately, the quality has noticeably declined. We used to visit for the hot chocolate, which was excellent, but now it tastes diluted—more like milky cocoa powder. The chocolate brownie was overly chewy in an unpleasant way, and the coffee was weak and muddy. This is disappointing because everything used to be consistently great, and we would drive over an hour just to enjoy it.

This has become one of my favorite cupcake stops! Love the different options they have every month, but also that they keep the same flavors all year round. They give you the option between full cupcakes and minis.

I stopped in to buy some donuts, and the experience was honestly disappointing. The staff seemed to have an attitude from the moment we walked in and didn’t come across as welcoming at all. We were simply watching through the window that’s clearly there for customers to see the donut-making process, yet the employees looked at each other like it was strange or wrong for us to be watching. The man in dress clothes who appeared to be the manager didn’t say hello or acknowledge us, even though he was standing less than two feet away. He didn’t seem friendly toward the other employees either. Overall, the whole atmosphere felt uncomfortable and far from inviting. And being on cellphones while working is not okay

Sat in line for a doordash for alomst 10 minutes before it was done. Almost nobody in the store when I arrived. This is absolutely ridiculous.
Really enjoy Bakehouse 46! Good coffee, cupcakes, and has donuts for the fall! I am gluten free and they always have gluten free cupcake and donut options!
They make some really good cupcakes here. And their breakfast sandwiches are pretty solid as well. The atmosphere is okay, not much going on around there. But the food and the drinks are smacking, as in, they are delicious. It's worth it to stop in for a treat after a nice dinner in Rochester.
