The cupcakes are so good! But every time I go the people in the register are so rude 🙃 They mess up my order, I just asked some questions cause I was new to the flavors. So sad cause its actually good.

We love this place for a quick coffee and ice cream date, however, not a fan of the 7 AM text messages so I had to unsubscribe. It might be a good idea to align your texting practices with TCPA regulations which generally restrict messages to after 8 a.m and before 9pm. I can’t be the only one that doesn’t prefer a 7:40 AM text on a Saturday morning about cupcakes 😀

First time there because I’ve heard good things but unfortunately it left a lot to be desired once I placed a pick up order.

I didn’t like the aesthetic as it felt very cold and dark upon walking in. The young girl working (seemed as though she was in training) was friendly, sweet and helpful and she was a highlight.

My order wasn’t quite ready upon arrival, but they were packaging it up and it was very quick. The sandwich was still warm so when I got in the car, I opened it up and it didn’t smell right. My guess is because they put cold spinach on a warm turkey and cheddar sandwich if I had known that, I never would have ordered it that way. But the sandwich itself had a really weird and bad aftertaste and it’s something like with the oven because I could taste that in the sandwich.

I took three bites and I got rid of it and it sucks because I paid eight dollars for it. The cupcake I’m sure will be delicious but overall I’m not impressed and I will not be back.

They changed the menu prices and items. My partner and I went today and one bagel sandwich cost what both of ours together would be about a year ago. The sandwiches weren't even warm. Also, we paid for an egg on one but didn't even get that. I'm severely lactose intolerant. I sacrificed. I suffered. 1/5 for everything across the board, including service (I am aware it says two, thought I'd give one for each member of staff who took our order today).

We were looking for a bakery to cater for our wedding. We were in contact with the manager Sam, and set up an tasting appointment. When we arrived a week later, they had no record that the appointment was scheduled and she wasn’t there. I had email receipts, and the workers were speechless. I was very upset because we drove almost an hour for the appointment. However - I understand msitakes happen. Sherly (the lead) was amazing and did a quick impromptu tasting for us. The cupcakes were amazing so we decided to just go through with it even with what happened.
Sherly said Sam would reach out to us to answer all our questions. Almost a week goes by and I haven’t received an email from her. I reached out to her regarding booking them. Each email I sent was not responded to for days. I was being very patient and understanding because I get it’s busy season. It’s been 2 weeks and I haven’t not heard back from the manager. I have sent two follow up emails. I could call but I feel like I have already been to flexible and understanding. With the communication issues, I’m nervous to continue booking with them.
I was so excited because of how amazing the cupcakes were. This would have been a $500-$600 sale, and I feel like their should have more urgency to process our order. And now I’m stressing to find another bakery after the process of booking with this bakery took over a month (we haven’t even paid a deposit or signed contract yet). Our tasting was 4 weeks ago…..
This added so much added stress and disappointment to my wedding planning process. Be cautious when booking catering orders with this bakery.

EXPENSIVE for a dinky-little cupcake (cupcake frosting smells like cheap oil) YUCKY smell. I will never eat here again, nor will I bring in out-of-towners!

Got an average size chocolate cupcake and a brownie. Came to $10. Brownie was large, but even though in the case it looked like it had nuts in it, it did not. Bummer. Brownie was dried out all around the edges and crispy. Yuck. Cupcake tasted exactly as if I had made it from a box mix and with canned frosting. Not horrible, but by no means worth $5. Cashier was talking in a low voice and I couldn't hear her because the music was so loud. Unremarkable and overpriced.

Love their bagel sandwiches! A great place with nice aesthetic to hang out with your friends, not loud. Plenty of good seating areas! The place is clean & offers a nice selection of drinks, sweets, bagel sandwiches & Blakes products.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this place. The barista, along with two other staff members, had an unprofessional and rude attitude, serving customers with visible annoyance and unkind demeanor. It was unpleasant to interact with them, making the entire visit uncomfortable.

As for the coffee, it was the worst I’ve ever had. The flavor was bland, and one of the drinks we received tasted like absolutely nothing. I deeply regret choosing this place when there were so many other options nearby. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The brownies were actually a little dry and tasted stale I don't think I will be getting any more pastries from this location only because I can get the same thing at a Meijer and get what seems to be a fresher quality
