Ordered Car Pick up. Arrived and followed their steps for car pick up and Turned on car hazard light . Kept waiting for 10~15 mins and then went inside the shop to find out Pizza is not ready. Guy started making one after I asked for my order. :) :o :). I don't think they take online orders seriously and back their own app. They don't even look at the app that customer has arrived for pickup. Pathetic!! What a waste of time!!

First time actually trying dominos, I got a medium cheese pizza and opened the box and 6 out of 8 of the slices were 75% bread with no cheese and sauce on it and 25% cheese and sauce, I don’t know how this is even possible as someone who worked at a pizza restaurant, I mean it’s like they didn’t even try to evenly spread the cheese and sauce and just left the middle completely just bread, It’s a shame because I thought the parts that did have cheese and sauce on them were pretty good, Hopefully next time I go it won’t be like that, but not a great first impression.

Horrible management! Will NEVER order from here again. Many months ago we got screwed out of a "in-house" free pizza for bad service. Today we still haven't seen our pizza over 2 hours altering ordering and over one hour after their prediction. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS

Let me start by saying I've supported this company for over 25 years good and bad but today was the worse. It's not the fact that they are cheap with there (veggie) topping, they only put a few per slice. But today I order again giving them another chance, no one mentioned that they can't accept a 50 dollar bill when I told them I'll pay cash on delivery over the phone. my total was 20 and some change, when the driver arrived I proceed to hand him a 50 and ask for 23 back in change with the food in his hand he tells me he can't accept it because it's a 50 but to call later to figure out payment and left with the food. Now I would understand if my card was declined but the fact that it's Christmas eve and you see I can pay but you just choose not to take the money and all they're going to do is throw the food away when he gets back to the store. its just sad we're in the season for giving, it was only a 20 dollar order.

Yikes!!! Order online for my daughter’s birthday. Delivery was over 30 min late and missing part of the order. When I called the store, they were rude and initially wanted to rectify the situation with a lava cake. (Note lava cake was not even part of my order) The manager agreed to refund for the missing order items, however, never issued the refund!! When I called the store about the credit not showing up on my statement I was told that there was nothing they could do about the refund. I will never order here again.

I had a mixed experience ordering 12 pizzas at this location. First, the Domino's app wasn't very useful as it wouldn't let me do more than 2 gift cards (not sure why!). So I placed the order over the phone and had to do a store pickup instead of carside delivery But when I went to pick up, I found out that they made only 10 pizzas and so I had to place another order for 2 more pizzas. In all this confusion I didn't pay much attention to how much I was charged. I realized only later, much to my dismay, that a wrong coupon was applied by the store, resulting in me overpaying by about $25!! I couldn't reach the store and the customer service didn't respond either.

On the Pizzas itself, I didn't have any issues. They were delivered hot and were okay

I'd love to give a higher rating because the employees are always so nice and personable.Downside, food is generally sub par anymore, or the entire order isn't delivered. Step it up guys, a mess up once in a while is excusable and understandable. But my last four orders had items missing and incorrectly prepared food.

Just picked up my food but once I got home and got ready to dig in the food, I opened up to a burnt pizza and ended up just throwing it out. I don’t mind waiting for another pizza if the store had just contacted me saying the previous pizza had problems but instead they decided to just send it out. (Disappointed)

Their food is great, but tonight we waited exactly two hours for a delivery. I called several times and nobody answered. The order was stuck in "prep" mode on their website from 5:59 until 7:28. Very frustrating, just contact your customers and let them know if you're slammed. I understand that crazy stuff happens, but let people know!

Domino's arrived for delivery after 1 hour with the wrong pizzas They took it back to the store to replace it and didn't show up again. After I called they started a new order. Pizzas arrived 2 hours and 20 minutes after I ordered.

Ordered online at 5pm on a Sunday, the order was in the “prep” stage from 5 till I called the store at 6:10 (eta for delivery was 25 min). I was put on hold for 20 minutes til my phone died lol horrendous service
