Super slow. Waited almost half an hour to be served
The burgers to me are ok, but overpriced. The hot dog was good, and the fries were good.

Specifically asked for 8 sides of bbq. Lady on phone says huh as if shes unaware of what bbq sauce is. Yes 8 because 8 is equivalent to 4 at 5 guys because for some unknown reason they are trained to fill the little cup half way or below half. So after repeating twice that i need 8 sides of bbq for the pick up order i placed over the phone , i get back to work and theh put 0 sides of bbq!

The customer service is horrible. Manager very rude.. food sub par..
Took my daughter for a "better than fast food" burger after her game. We got 2 burgers and 1 medium fry and a couple of free waters. $30!?!? Staff was great, but I think this is the last time I go to Five Guys. I can go to a sit-down, GOOD burger restaurant at Red Robin, get served, and have unlimited fries with my burger cheaper than one of Five Guys burgers alone (besides tip). Oh wait... I don't get a small tray of peanuts. Ridiculous.

Ok so the burger's are a step from other fast food equivalent's but $20 is insane. ..I ordered a cheeseburger, regular fries and a shake for a total of $24.98. What?!! Ok so the toppings are free, but still way overpriced for what you get. Safe to say I won't be coming back.

This place could use a few more customers around the lunch period. It's way too quiet in here for a restaurant. More people need to go eat there.
Vegetarian options: Veggie burgers exist. Everything else is beef. Don't ask for pork, lamb, or poultry (e.g., chicken, fish).
Dietary restrictions: Your options are beef and little else. Probably not halal or kosher.
Parking: Shared parking with a lot of other businesses.
Kid-friendliness: Unknown quantity.
Wheelchair accessibility: There's a ramp nearby.

This Five Guys joint truly stands out, primarily due to its incredible staff. Jordan's enthusiasm is infectious, making each visit a delight. Matthew's burger crafting skills ensure a perfect meal every time. Elvin's attention to detail is evident in the immaculate dining space, while Jillian's friendly service wraps up the experience with a smile. The team's synergy makes every juicy burger and crispy fry just so much better . Definitely a must-visit spot!!!
