Disappointed. The fries were only 3/4 full(no extra bag fries). The milkshake that I ordered was double stuffed oreos and banana. I received only banana. The burger was just ok. For $20+ I expected more.

A chain I have no problem frequenting.Efficient, helpful staff, consistently clean regardless of the state you find yourself in. I do wish they would lower the volume of the music a bit and cut back on the salt used on the fries.Everything is bagged for carryout and all the materials are paper or aluminum foil so the environment won't have to deal with plastic & styrofoam. My only real complaint is cost. $15 for a single burger & small fry - without a drink - feels a bit much. That's why I don't come in as much.Vegetarian options: There's the fries and ......oh, yeah, the veggie burger.Dietary restrictions: Calories are listed. If you can't have something, don't get it on your burger.Parking: A shopping center so, bunches.Kid-friendliness: If your kids don't like burgers and fries I'd return them for store credit.Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of room to maneuver. Some tables have the wheelchair symbol on them. About half are high-tops, though.

I have an issue with the price. A double cheese burger and a large fry, just short of $20.00. I know noticed no families there. I wonder why? To expensive.

This place was wonderful, one of the best five guys I been to in all my 18 years of living. This handsome guy named Oleg served me so well at the cashier, I thought it was a angel in front of me. He was so kind and he had the most wonderful smile ever! I saw the passion in his eyes when he put in my order on that machine, no flaws where made. He made my day! Oleg is a great worker!

Friendly staff gifted us with a courtesy drink and extra special amount of fries unexpectedly. It's not just the money value. Definitely, it was the kindness out of the blue. The business makers should be proud of having this staff.

Freshly made-to-order deliciousness! The team is welcoming and attentive. The restaurant is clean. The only knock I have is the odd wafting smell of boiled eggs (sulphur).

Hamburgers were flavorless and greasy.Fries were over cooked dry and cold. I won’t be back. First and last time.Culver’s is superior to this.

$20+ for a terrible burger and soggy fries. I could have done better at McDonalds for half the price.
