I had a fantastic experience at Grand Tavern, thanks in large part to Flavia! She was incredibly attentive throughout my visit—my drinks were always full without even having to ask. Beyond that, she was genuinely personable and made me feel welcomed and well taken care of. It's rare to find such warm and professional service, and Flavia truly elevated the whole dining experience. Highly recommend both the restaurant and asking for Flavia if you get the chance!

Brunch was ok! Wish they had better desserts. They had a huge variety of breakfast foods. Favorite was omelette station.

My three stars is solely on my experience with my cocktails. I ordered an espresso martini, but once I tasted it I could tell something was off. The espresso was stale or bad. I'm not one to complain, but after 2-3 sips I knew I wasn't going to be able to drink the entire thing. I told our server about it and said I didn't want to be a pain, they could just take it back. They said they've "never received a complaint before" and they'd "have to see if the bartender was in a good mood to remake drinks, because they're usually final sale". I told the server I didn't want another, as it tasted like the espresso was bad. They offered me a margarita, since they were on sale. I appreciated their efforts and customer service, but the margarita was awful as well. Not sure if they make a big batch of them for their Taco Tuesdays or what.. but it had no alcohol in it and way too much syrup. I'm not a picky person by any means, so this experience just baffled me honestly. As an establishment with a large bar, their bartender should be much more qualified at making cocktails.

5 stars to our server. They were great, and I could tell they were very apprehensive to tell the bartender about my drink.

Overall it was acceptable and noise level was loud and it felt cool this visit and last.

Parking: Be prepared to speak loudly. Noisy inside.

The service was great the waiters were patient and kind. The Cajun pasta was a bit bland for me and the wings had too many feathers. The French onion soup was the best tasting thing however mine had a metal wire that poked into my tongue very painful not the best experience!

Just switched over from 3rd shift to go to training on days this week, along with a time zone change and also daylight savings time change, so I was not hungry at all for dinner, but felt that I needed to eat. I'm pretty big about cooking my own food except on trips, and then I become skeptical. I got the filet mignon, with asparagus and potatoes, and I'll be honest, it was one of the best meals I have had probably since I went to Hell's Kitchen in Las Vegas, this is no lie. I finished the entire meal minus one potato, I overate, which I don't normally do, but I could not stop. The steak was cooked to perfection and the sauce I had them put on the side, I was dipping my potatoes in it! Absolutely amazing, Tyler was my waiter and he was great, an overall awesome experience!

Went a couple of years ago brunch was good but, noticed it wasn't a lot of people there I see why food wasn't good omelette was watery rice was too salty and bacon was half cooked, other than that everyone was pleasant awesome team but, won't be back for brunch.

Made a birthday reservation for 6:30, but didn’t get sat until almost 7. It was quite busy so just keep that in mind, especially with large groups. But overall had a good experience.

Everything took 5ever - we were there 2 hours. Half the food was good, half was wrong or bland. Got 2 drinks, one was good one sucked. For the price, I won't be returning. Also chips served with burgers were good, but fries were an extra $3. Seems like far too much extra for such a small amount of fries. Disappointed.

Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options - they do offer Beyond burgers, yet one of our Beyond burgers was served as a meat burger. Good options but will they serve what you order?

Kid-friendliness: Kids meals are supposed to come with ice cream, but they won't bring it unless you ask.

Excellent service. I had the chicken teriyaki stir fry and it was tasty, although the teriyaki sauce was poured on thick! The rice was doing the backstroke and full on flip-turns in all the sauce. Our group also got the burger with mac 'n cheese, and the quesadilla which were both delicious options. The company was wonderful, which made for an overall great experience. 🙏
