That’s a great place to grab a bite locally. Fish and chips are good! Service was nice and friendly and pretty quick. The place was not too busy on a weekend around noon. The view on the creek and the river is beautiful and very calming. The atmosphere is authentic and nice.

Small place that makes up for its size with good pours, and good food. I recommend the Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich. Done the way it's supposed to be done! It's a spicy, crispy, Nashville style breading. NOT, awhat you get everywhere else, which is usually a normal/regular fried chicken breast soaked in hot sauce. Keep doing it right, I'll keep coming back!

First time and will not be the last time. I'm going back on Friday with friends. The food was on point!!! Paint Creek Tavern is my new favorite restaurant! Can't forget to mention the river walk which is an added bonus.
It’s a Kruse and Muer’s, but not in the same category as most of their other restaurants under their brand. Food isn’t that good, cost slightly inexpensive for the quality, the atmosphere is just bar feeling atmosphere. The quality of food they offer doesn’t present well. The overall grade here is definitely low. We won’t be back and they need to up their game to be at level of a Kruse and Muer’s restaurant.

Their proportions for the entrées are great sometimes a bit messy, but the food is always great!

We waited 20-25 min. on Friday night for a table. Not bad. They were super busy. We dined here previously and loved the food. The problem was our waiter. He took forever to take a drink order and then pretty much ignored us after serving us our food. He brought several rounds of drinks to the booth directly behind us and we had to flag him down to bring us a carry out container and then the bill. I'm sure every other server was awesome and maybe he usually is too, but with so many other choices in town I don't think we'll be back for a while. If you're deciding weather to dine here or not, definitely give it a go. It's a great little restaurant with lots of TVs and great food. Family friendly.Parking: Small lot with free parking on the side. Plenty of street parking and nearby parking structures.
