Worst service ever in this place. We have been coming here for a while and every time we come we wait at the counter forever before a person comes to give us a table. There are no waitresses that come by anymore when playing.

Absolute garbage pizza and unprofessional management. Also went out on Thursday night and every single TV had the football game on. My partner asked 2 different servers who said the manager is the only one that can change the TV (we wanted to watch the Wings that is why we went out that night). Never changed the channel, never came and talked to us. I ended up streaming it on my phone. For spending $60 for 2.5 hours and a crap pizza it was beyond unprofessional. Definitely won’t be back. I’d rather spend $1 a game at a dive bar.

They have a super nice establishment and I like that they have bouncers that take security seriously. It feels safe and good. I ordered a draft bud light and it was the bottom of the keg. I reported to bartender about it and they gave me a new beer without issue. And we’re super happy to do so.

Had the best experience here last weekend! My family had so much fun playing pool here, the drinks were good, the food was good, and best part was our service. Mona was very attentive to all of our needs and made sure we were taken care of from start to finish. She had a great attitude and made sure we had a good time. Would definitely recommend coming and if you can get Mona as your server I am sure she will make sure you enjoy it as much as we did! 10/10!

Visted this weekend, our server was Mona, had an awful experience, she was inattentive, rude and just all around unpleasant we used to enjoy coming in years ago but the service has just gone completely downhill, we will probably never return it was that bad. If we do we definitely won't be served by Mona.
