As of me I will never come back here I had a terrible experience on December 13th. Waitress McKenzie was all attitude when we had questions before we go a table and then she was all nice cause now we're her customers we had to move to the billiards area because we were on the waitlist for it so she had us pay and then we were completely abandoned when we were playing billiards like who is the server now. The food was good but this was a terrible experience I ever regretted tipping her 9 dollars she didn't deserve 1 dollar. I will never go back there and I will tell everyone about this bad experience. She abandon us because we paid and tipped so she didn't care after. I asked for my receipt and was ignored. I was probably over charged and she didn't wanna show me the receipt I urge the management to look into McKenzie and I'm looking at disputing my tip charge on my card. NOT RECOMMENDED TO GO THERE AT ALL.

Came in at 8:10pm and no one even came and asked to take our drink order. My two friends and I sat for 45 minutes and even after asking a waitress for someone to take our order, no one came to serve us. It wasn’t overly busy either. A couple also sat down right next to us and they were served immediately. I understand being understaffed but if you clearly have a group that is coming in to give you business, have a better system of having them be seated instead of doing a seat yourself system. Not coming back anytime soon.

Security guard was smoking weed in shift and using racial slurs at people. I watched him "confiscating" and stealing property from people and lying about it. Terrible place do not go here unless you like criminal behavior from the security.

I think there's only two waitresses in the restaurant, way less than security and random staff just hanging out by the host table chatting.
The pizza is greasy. All of the desserts are fried.

Recently visited Main Street billiards and just an overall great atmosphere and vibe. The music was really good, not too quiet and not too loud. Many places to sit and grab a drink on a Friday or Saturday night. They have plenty of outdoor seating as well as they serve food. Highly recommend for something to do in downtown Rochester Hills. Always enjoy coming here. There are 2 sides, a bar area with a dance floor and a billiards area with arcades.

The old man that has white hair is so mean and disrespectful. We go there around 2 times every single week and whenever he sees us there he always does something stupid and disrespects us. We went there today and he was there and he came directly and asked us for our ID’S my wife showed him her id and i had mine as a picture in my phone but he refused to take a look at it and didn’t let me in even though both of us are mature and in our 30s.. PLUS we don’t drink we just go there to play pool table so there’s no point of asking for our ID’S. The owner has to talk to him about his altitude with customers because no one is going to go there if he treats people like this. Very disappointed..

A group of my friends and I went in around 9:30 on a Saturday and the wait for pool tables was two hours so if you want to get one definitely go early. Fun place to drink and chill though.
