Overall good meal and time. We started with the new blood orange margarita. This took for ever to get as the bar was super slow and apparently a common issue here. But once I got it a good drink I would get again. We tried the Chang's chicken and honey chicken to split along with an order of crispy green beans. These would very good also but again service was slow. This was a Wednesday evening and not super busy so we were surprised with the overall slow service but overall we were not in a rush and enjoyed the evening.

We have not been here for a little over a year and I was craving the garlic chili green beans. They did not disappoint! I also tried the pad thai and it was very good. The best part of the evening was our server Katie who did a great job serving us and boxing our leftovers. We will be back!

I had such a wonderful experience at Pf Chang’s! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was beautiful and welcoming. Our server, Aashka, was absolutely amazing she was attentive, kind, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. The food was incredible, fresh, and full of flavor. Between the delicious dishes, the great service, and the lovely atmosphere, it was truly an outstanding dining experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Unbelievably bad experience at P.F. Chang’s Rochester Hills. I ordered the Chef’s Feast for 4 (with modifications + extra charges) plus additional appetizers. When I got home, three items were flat-out missing — lettuce wraps, vegetable spring rolls, and crab wontons.We also got a container filled with chocolate sauce that made no sense.
As if that wasn’t enough, the soup was sour, which clearly meant it wasn’t fresh. For a brand that charges premium prices, this is unacceptable.
This wasn’t a small oversight. It was a complete failure of quality control from a brand that charges premium prices. We had planned a late-night dinner with friends and instead ended up frustrated and disappointed. Everyone at the table swore they’ll never order from this location again — that’s at least five lost customers in one night.
If P.F. Chang’s wants to keep its reputation intact, this location desperately needs to fix its takeout process. For now, they’ve completely lost my trust.

Another great experience at PF Chang’s! We stopped going there for a bit as it was expensive and very inconsistent. The last few times we have gone there, the food and atmosphere have been amazing! The waiters and waitresses are so friendly. Please keep this up because my husband and I love your restaurant!!
