Went in at 5pm on a Monday as a group of 2. There was minimal activity. Got seated right away. Food came about 10 mins after ordering and was delicious. Service was good but not amazing. Our waitress spoke very quietly and was hard to hear even when the restaurant was pretty much empty. It also took ~20 mins after my girlfriend and I finished eating to get the check. Within in that time did include getting boxes and water though. The staff also seemed very nice. As for the food it was exactly how everyone ordered. Just know their chicken and meat portions are slim though.

Kiko was by far the best server we’ve had there. He made sure the our drinks were never empty and always stayed on top of our table. He was very friendly and patient with my kids as well! 10/10 recommendation for him!

Came to dinner with my two friends to celebrate my birthday. Our waitress, Chloe, was not friendly or attentive from the start but i was giving her the benefit of the doubt. We ordered chilli green beans, edamame, and chicken lettuce wraps. Our lettuce wraps and edamame came out timely with out the green beans. We finished the food while still waiting on the green beans. We then asked the waitress if she had possibly forgotten to put in our order of green beans, she then proceeded to roll her eyes and say “Um, I didn’t forget them” she then walked to the table across from us and while serving them she shouted to us again, with a lot of attitude, “I did not forget the green beans”. We were confused and appalled by this behavior because all we did was kindly ask the status of the green beans. She then ignored us and didn’t return to our table for the rest of our time there while she was still serving the rest of the tables in our section. She dropped off the bill with out saying a word and we didn’t have the chance to order dessert which we were planning on getting for my birthday. I am a big fan of PF Chang’s but this experience has put a really bad taste in my mouth. I have never experienced anything like this. I felt very disrespected and honestly offended by Chloe’s behavior. Probably won’t be visiting this location again.

Food and service has gone down hill. Nice new additions to the menu but it has really fallen off. Soup 🍲 was cold not even like warm and had to wait 25 min for a server to even bring water and take drinks. No good
Food was good but service was poor. Took over an hour to get our food. Server was not attentive.

This location is like if you took everything good about pf changs and dumped it in the trash. The food somehow manages to be completely flavorless even though im fairly certain it all comes out of pre-prepared bags. i don’t usually leave reviews, but i just ate at almost every restaurant in the village in the last two weeks and am shocked and appalled by the complete lack of care at all of them

Katie is the best. I only liked the food cause of her cause some of it was cold and lacked effort and some was fresh and tasted good. Chefs need some work. But Katie made up for it all and blessed us with an amazing smile and good service. I didn’t lack anything in my visit cause of her. If my wait service was bad i would have never come back.
