Went in to get my food, waited about 40 min and while it was good was overcharged around $5 so I went back an hour later at a time when it wasn’t so busy to only wait in another 30 min line. Then I had to swipe my card again to only get the exact amount that was overcharged, no refund or compensation for wasting my time which is normal here at Oakland honestly.

Eat at panda almost twice a week and had my first issue when I bought it yesterday. Orange chicken tasted so gross for some reason. Idk if it was sitting out forever? Anyways I got a bigger plate so I expect the portion to be decently big. But nope she gives me almost nothing. Probably won't ever come back to this location.

Overpriced. Menu doesn't indicate that anything with a "P" is $1.25 extra. The Rochester location has better food, pricing and staff but no drive thru.
