PARK 600 Locally Crafted

My friends and I were so looking forward to dining at Park 600. The holiday decor is always so warm and inviting. I made the reservation two months in advance for the Sunday brunch because I knew it would be busy. When we arrived 10 minutes early another party was seated before us. The hostess said the other party was seated before us was because they had a reservation. We then had to wait to be seated because our table wasn't ready. We were escorted to a drafty, cold room with no holiday decor. We waited more than 15 minutes to be greeted by wait staff. Eventually, a waiter arrived. He said was helping out the waitress that was assigned to our table because she was busy. Feed up with the disrespect we went to the hotel front desk and spoke with a receptionist. She said would send the manager to see us. We waited. No manager. Our food arrived at 1:20 pm. (our reservation was noon). The manager arrived approximately five minutes later. We asked her to return after we finished our meal. When she returned we addressed our concerns . She apologized for the service or lack of and offered to take a percentage off our bill. We declined .

Six of us met and thoroughly enjoyed outstanding service and service exceptional food. Highly recommend for a great time.

Understaffed during in house event. Menu limited and pricey for what it is.

Got seated and didn’t get served water for 20+ minutes. Ordered drinks and food in a hurry because we were told kitchen closes at 9 at 8:25, with a 7:45 reservation waited another 30+ minutes for our drinks. We had no silverware or napkins until right before the food came out. Food finally came out a hour later, mostly cold (was probably sitting there ready but waitress didn’t bring them out as they were getting done.) We finish eating and get the bill she says she cannot split it but we say we called and made a reservation for 10+ people and asked over the phone if the bill would be able to be split per person, they said yes. She said no that’s not how our corporate works we can’t split it. We open the bill and a 24% tip was already added on. Not deserved at all and very disappointed in overall service.

Nice ambience & good food

We were staying at The Royal Park, and decided to have breakfast there on our last day so we could get out quickly. Wrong! Elle was our server and worked very hard to get things going. They obviously needed more wait staff and probably more kitchen staff as well. It took over an hour, and some people even left their breakfasts because they needed to leave. We felt very sorry for Elle as she did her best. Prices were not inexpensive so they really need to get things figured out for the breakfast crowd.

Dispute the other reviews, I would give them 5-stars for effort. The food is actually fantastic! I’ve stayed here several time and I have had several dishes with zero disappointments. The staff is great an engaging with always makes or breaks a review. The atmosphere is vibrant on weekends an very quiet during the week.

Had a lovely lunch with friends. The service, food, and ambiance were excellent. I will definitely dine there again!

I can't get enough of it!

We sat down at the bar and it took more than 30 minutes to place a food order. The bartender didn’t come until we had spoken to a manager. Our food took quite a long time and it was almost to the point that we’d contemplated leaving. The couple next to us (different bartender) who were seated after us, were already done with their appetizer and on their second round of drinks. The food was finally delivered but our server never checked to see how it was and our drink glasses had been empty since before the food was delivered. This was a very disappointing experience.
