As a huge admirer of subs, I opted to step inside, and the employee who welcomed me was incredibly pleasant, guiding me through the menu. I enjoyed a delicious cold Italian sub. This place comes highly recommended.

Food is only worth it if you go during Monday for the deal. Used to be friendly staff and a simple ordering process, but the manager who took my order last trip made me not want to come back. I know it’s tough to be friendly all the time, but there are lots of places to choose for lunch…

Food is overpriced. Food is good, though stuff wasn't really helpful. It made many mistakes on cash. Register where I had to get the manager to refund 2 things. That I did not purchase for the most part. It was not bad, just expensive.

I absolutely love this Penn station location. The employees are always so polite.
Placed online order. Sub and fries. Sub was ready when I arrived. After waiting 25 min and serving people who came in after my fries, I got my complete order. The sub was cold and soggy.
