Pure Green - Juicery & Eatery Downtown Rochester

Perfect service. Wonderful workers beyond just helpful very nice and I want to give a special shout out to Mona and Irem.

I had an amazing experience at Pure Green in Rochester Hills thanks to Vanessa and Mona! From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with warm smiles and friendly energy that instantly brightened my day. Their customer service was top-notch—they went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect.

Not only were they incredibly kind, but the portions were also generous, and everything was fresh and delicious. It’s rare to find such a combination of great food and excellent service these days. Vanessa and Mona truly made my visit memorable, and I’ll definitely be coming back soon. Keep up the fantastic work!

We like the pitaya bowl here but today I paid close attention to the preparation. The cashier proceeded to make my bowl right after touching money, without washing her hands.
Touched almost every part of the outside of the gloves she put on to make the bowl. With the gloves on she grabbed/touched the fruit toppings for my bowl.

NOT PROPER HYGIENE. Management needs to train employees- especially customer facing kitchen.

Pure green has yummy food, and amazing service but especially at the Downtown Rochester location. Kat and Nora are very helpful with recommendations and super kind. 10/10 would recommend!!!

Amazing!! Lexi and Emily were so sweet and so helpful. They made my order so quickly and I felt so bad because I had so many questions, but they didn’t fail to answer one!! Love these girls

My husband and I stopped in here to grab something to eat. The two employees working at the restaurant didn’t even acknowledge our presence until I directly addressed one of them to order. The girl working there did answer my questions about the various juices, but seemed visibly bothered and/or disinterested. Then I asked for a cup with ice to pour my bottled drink over, and they said that they didn’t have ice. Kinda weird. Then my food was ready and it was literally one piece of avocado toast that I could have made at home. Ridiculous. Also, the music was blaring and it made conversation impossible. And the juice drinks were nasty. Don’t go here.
