Really disappointed - came out in Rochester to enjoy the X-Mas lights. Went in and the girls working behind the counter were incredibly rude.
Got my hot chocolate and immediately into my car - it was ice cold!!
Way too much money to get a product that was cold and poor service

We are doing our vacation this year in Detroit and hitting Sanders near our hotel was a must. We were able to find way more than we intended. The two younger guys working this afternoon were extremely friendly and helpful.

Dietary restrictions: As a diabetic I was thrilled to find several sugar free options were available. I purchased a couple different variations including the sugar free cherry cordials - which are amazing!

Saunders is great. Yummy ice cream, friendly service. They also can consult a binder to help you find gluten free options if you have Celiac or a gluten intolerance.

I was impressed with the cleanliness of the store and the staff were all wearing gloves. I got the bumpy cream cake with ice cream and hot fudge and it didn’t disappoint. Will be going there again with friends soon…

Stopped in to grab a few jars of Sanders Hot Fudge topping for the summer holidays. The hot Fudge has not been available in the grocery stores for some time and the lady at store said they still do not know if the company will return to distributing their products that way in the future. Parking is easy during the week although the price is the same as the old retail jar it is now 1/2 the size. Leader Dog friendly.

While the magic fudge sauce is not the same I would judge it still to be good but not the super great as it use to be. I have heard they changed the recipe. It still was delicious
