This is our favorite hibachi/teppanyaki place. The food is pricey but worth it! It’s also not usually super busy so we never have to worry about it being crowded. We enjoy the hibachi portion and have never tried their take out, but we like their potstickers, spring rolls, fried rice, noodles, chicken and steak the most.
I enjoyed my experience. Service was fast and friendly. The waitress informed me they had no hot sake which was disappointing. Got excellent cook but no throwing of food in my mouth....again disappointing. Great food and the differentiator here was getting cooked bean sprouts at the end with my meal.
I bought a Groupon for this Shogun to use while on vacation in Michigan. I had read a lot of reviews online. Most find the food to be good but sometimes the service lacking. I wasn't sure what to expect. The hibachi chef we had was wonderful. He put on a small show for us while cooking and was smiling and talking. The 2 waitresses and hostess we had were all prompt and friendly. There was another group of people at a different hibachi grill. I was glad we didn't sit...
