No one EVER says hello when I walk in. Just a bunch of grumpy workers that give me hateful looks. Seriously fire all Starbucks employees and start over

This is my favorite Starbucks location. Staff greets me with warm welcome each time and listens to my exact directions. They are also very flexible.

Way too expensive for basic

The team is working as hard as they can. This is for management and the corporation. If I walk into a building for a coffee on the road and there is only one customer, I can only assume I have time to wait. Standing here for 20 minutes while people walk in and out with drinks is unacceptable. You need a way to tell customers how long they have to wait. This is silly. Have more dedication to your walk ins.

The drinks were okay, but the person who passed out our order (Emma I think???) was incredibly rude for no reason? She seemed like she didn’t want to be doing her job.

I figure I come here so dang often, I might as well leave a review!

The staff at this location are so incredibly nice. Like seriously everyone has been truly awesome, I’m often nervous going into public places and they’ve been nothing but sweet and patient when I take a while to order sometimes 🤣. I only ever come to this specific Starbucks because I’m a regular and I love getting to see all the people I usually see :) they’re all so nice!

And I always enjoy my lil treats. I don’t drink coffee, so I usually alternate between hot chocolate and iced chai lattes, but I also like their tea lemonade drinks. Sandwiches and pastries are yummy, you know how starbucks is. I like the bacon gouda sandwich, the double smoked, the tomato and mozzarella panini… and my favorite desserts are probably the iced lemon loaf and the blueberry muffin. Most evenings I just order a drink but if I’m low on calories I like extra nourishment. Depends on what you’re in the mood for but you can’t really go wrong. I’ve tried almost everything on their food menu and I think the only item I ordered that I didn’t like was the breakfast burrito, but that’s just personal preference. (although I ate it anyway because I had eaten almost nothing at that point in the day 🤣)

Maybe it’s because I’ve come here so many times already, but it feels nice in there atmosphere wise! The seating is nice and it feels safe in there. I’ve never been through the drive thru because I don’t drive, but I can always see them working really hard behind the counter and a lot of cars coming in and out so I assume it’s as efficient as it can be haha. I usually get my order really fast, like within a few minutes. If they’re super busy, MAYBE 15 minutes, and that’s overestimating.

Overall, please come here and tip the staff if you’re able :)) they all really deserve it!

This was the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to.

The seevice at this specific coffee shop keeps going down a lot. There is always a line in the drive thru and they tske forever to take orders or deliver them.

I stopped by Starbucks on a busy Tuesday morning and ordered my go-to Hot White Chocolate Latte along with the bacon, egg, and cheese croissant sandwich. The drive-thru was packed, but despite the rush, the staff was working hard and seemed to genuinely enjoy their jobs. My order was accurate, the latte was delicious as always, and the sandwich was warm and satisfying. It’s always impressive to see a team stay positive and efficient under pressure. Great experience overall!

Night shift makes one person do all the work while they play on their phones.
I just waited 20+ minutes for an order, and I was the only person in the store placing an order.

Placed a mobile order for drive through pick up and was told I would have to wait another 10 minutes because that is their “policy.” Even though I was 5 minutes past when the app said the drink would be ready. I was told if that’s an issue to just order at the box. If this is going to be their policy, they need to update their app. Mobile order is there for convenience. It ended up taking double the amount of time to get my drink.
