The older blonde woman who works in the morning is incredibly rude. We go in often enough to see her behavior. This week as I was grabbing my mobile order, there was a drink spilled on the counter. She shoved herself in between me in the counter yelling excuse me several times and loudly while I was still grabbing my drink. She has incorrectly made our beverages before and has an attitude when I have asked them to be remade. I’ve worked at Starbucks in college for a few years...read full review

Extremely slow service... had to repeat our order 5 times and the lady taking the order still got it wrong. Then when we received the drinks they were absolutely disgusting tasted nothing like Starbucks should taste like. Also, my cup was only half full, not that I was going to drink it anyways.

Horrible location! The woman who fulfills the Mobile orders (older, heavy, strawberry blonde hair in a bun) is seriously nasty. I’ve never been yelled at over me asking about a coffee i mobile ordered 25 minutes ago until now. Maybe you shouldn’t work at Starbucks if you’re going to yell at customers and roll your eyes every time you have to make a another drink.
