Waiting for my to go order today, the lovely lady working was very thoughtful to bring a water toy table as I waited. Food was good! Lovely first experience at Sumo.

My husband placed an order at 6:14 pm for take out. He was told it was a 25 min wait. It was not ready at 6:40pm. He was then told it was not ready and it would be just a moment. Then fast forward to 7:15pm and the order was still not ready. My husband asked for a manager and there was no manager on site. there was no explanation or any problem solving but told only that they were busy, however, during this wait there were other customers placing take out orders that were ready before ours. He was told refunds were not allowed. They offered him an iced water. No apologies other than from the hostess. Order received at 7:20pm. This experience soured our evening and has deterred us from returning again.

Waited 40 minutes in line in the back just to be told I needed to sign in up front. No one said anything and there were multiple tables open. They called everyone on the list and no one responded.
