This is the best place for chinese. The prices are good. The portions are great. And the quality if i order on doordash or pickup always stay good. This is definitely mine and my roommates go to for chinese. I refuse to go anywhere else. I want to try more things off the menu.

When was the last time you ever saw a Chinese restaurant with an open kitchen?! Theres a few tables inside but seems majority of business comes from carry out, but ive never had to wait moemrw than 15min. These guys have nothing to hide, everything is clean, and food is always hot, fresh and delicious. Portions can be small, but prices are also cheaper than other local spots. Hope they're here forever!
Orange Chicken pieces were on top of a sludgy sauce, chicken was hardly edible. Rice was super medicore and I paid $2 extra for chicken for the TINIEST slivers of pieces of chicken distributed throughout. Unfortunately worse part is the broccoli was the best part of the dish.

Tried this place for the first time tonight and I’m so glad we did. The food was hot and delicious! We ordered 2 sesame chicken combos, crab Rangoon and fried wontons. Everything was flavorful and tasted fresh, and the prices are very reasonable for the portion sizes. I will definitely be returning!

My wife and I have been looking for a Chinese restaurant for years in the Rochester area. We finally found one! Twin Dragons was delicious. We ordered 2 General Tso’s combos and crab rangoon. Everything was great. We highly recommend! The staff was friendly. We will definitely be going back.

I ordered a couple of chicken dishes at 8:30 (they close at 9) last night and we were 10000% given old reheated chicken. It was so soggy we couldn’t even eat it. Went straight in the trash. Egg roll also tasted like it was premade/old and drooped in the fryer to heat it up. So bad. Won’t return.

This place used to be really good pre-covid, then very terrible in 2021. I heard it came under new ownership recently and we gave it another shot, and I'm happy to say it's worth getting again! The beef lo mein was truly excellent. The sesame chicken lacked a little complexity in the flavor and could be more crisp, but was tasty. The sweet and sour shrimp was not what you would expect - no peppers, onions and pineapple, just fried shrimp with tasteless sweet sauce on the side. The spring rolls were under-filled and not completely cooked. Hit and miss but much better than 2021 at least!
We have eaten take out from Twin Dragons 5 times and each time, the food was really good. Prices were reasonable, and food is always hot. Singapore noodle, Kung Po Chicken are our regular go to comfort food. Must Try their Hunan Combination on the Chef Specialties menu, it is fantastic.
