When my husband (Art) and I moved to Rockford two years ago we were searching for great pizza. We happened upon Arena's in Rockford and thought it was pretty good especially since Chris the Manager took great care of us. After he left to take a job at a different restaurant, we decided to try other pizza places. Last week we ordered from Arena's again but as it turned out we ordered from the Bostwick Lake location and not the Rockford location. When Art went to pick it up--after realizing we didn't order from Rockford--he found the Manager at this location was Chris! The pizza was once again fantastic! Don't ask us how Chris remembered us (probably because we both like specific toppings on our side of the pizza) but he did and he had the pizza made crispy--just the way we like it. We are so happy to know that Chris is there and we will be making the extra drive to Bostwick Lake just because Chris is there! Thanks so much and we look forward to getting many more pizzas from this location in the years to come!

First time trying Arenas. Let me tell you this will be my new pizza spot even though it's 20 minutes from my house. I ordered a all meat pie, it was the best pizza ive had in a long time. Cooked to perfection and tastey ingredients. So glad I gave this place a try!

We’ve lived in the area for a few years now and heard of Arena’s but never tried it. We got it the other night and were blown away. The crust was crispy on the bottom and the toppings were quality. Also got an order of wings and they were fantastic (which almost never happens with delivered wings). We have found our spot.

Just ordered here tonight. The whole staff was great and Chris went out of the way to make sure our pizza was exactly how we wanted it. Food was amazing too! I'll be ordering again just for the friendliness of the staff.

The other arena's location is awesome, but they do not deliver to our house. This location has gotten our order right, well made and delivered on time only twice out of the seven times we have ordered from them.They have delivered late multiple times and gotten the order wrong multiple times. I tell them that I am lactose intolerant and that I can't have cheese on my sub, but they give it to me anyway. I will call and they will only give me a credit for next time. Once when I called to order again and they had no record of my credit from the previous time. The pizzas are always poorly made, and I am told that they taste nothing like their other location. Now they've added a surcharge for ordering with a credit card.This time the order was late, the sub had cheese, the pizza was overcooked yet cold, and as always was, poorly made. My son could barely finish two slices without getting grossed out.Never again, I've given then more than enough chances to be as decent as their other location.

Being from NYC always looking for that high quality pizza. I told them who I was and from they made a deal with me if I did not like their pizza I can take it back and get full refund. Let me tell you I could not turn that deal down. I am an honest man. Just visiting Greenville MI, there is a pizza ? spot right across from me franchise type, I look for that home base pizza place.Arena's did not disappoint ? bravo guys that pizza took me back home. Keep up the good work guys.If you are from here or surrounding area or just traveling by this pizza spot is the place to go. Do not forget to tell him Jose sent you.

Oh my gosh!!! The best pizza I've ever had, I have tried his subs... fantastic, pasta, ribs, can't say enough food is great!!! Service right on time, I have never had a bad or even average meal every one has been more than perfect!!! Highly recommend!!!

Great pizza, friendly staff, this is the go to place for me. Prices are good and it's very cool old school building with some character. Then again I don't get all upset if it takes a little while to get my food. If speed and consistency are your top priorities, well that's what chains give you. No thanks.
