Calling all VETS! let them know you are a vet and you get 50% any drink! BRAND NEW! drive thru only. the frozen chocolate drink was delicious and i also got a warmed everything bagel and it was excellent… finally drive thru good coffee near me! June 2 i wanted to be the first customer at 5am matt 4 cars are already and waiting ahead of me… that’s a good sign people love it. i do! the service is very interactive explaining about what you ordered and what options you have. Today i got a “hash browns bragal comes with cheddar cream cheese and a spicy sausage patty. it’s delicious and the frozen mocha i got for half price because i am a veg! if you are a vet make sure you tell them! they will take care of you

We drove down to this location after a bad experience at the BIGBBY on white creek in cedar springs. We ordered iced drinks and they were served to us hot. Waited a fair amount of time for them and didn’t want to wait for them to be remade so we took the hot drinks. The drinks weren’t great.

Very disappointed with my experience today. I am a Biggby regular and I have been to this Biggby several times. I have also worked at two Biggbys previously. Today I ordered a small iced latte with extra flavour. It came out to $7.15 which is insane! I have worked in specialty coffee as well (which Biggby is not) and we never priced our drinks that high. When I asked about the pricing, the barista said it was because of the extra flavour. I have NEVER paid for extra flavour at any Biggby I’ve been to, nor do I ever remember charging anyone for extra flavour when I was a Biggby employee, unless it was an added flavour. And to top it off, my drink tasted terrible so I wasted my money. Call me a coffee snob if you will, but I have worked in the coffee industry for 6 total years and I am very well versed in coffee and coffee education. I will not be returning.
