Ordered an impossible burger. They came back a few mins later and said they didn’t have any available and asked if I’d like to sub the black bean instead. I said sure and then they REFUNDED the burger for me! Amazing service!

I frequent the shack often. Always great food. The fact that you can order your burger any way you want is always good. Also the chicken tenders are very good too. Don’t miss the loaded fries!!!!
