We stopped this morning at the Rockford location 4705 14 mile rd. Went through the drive thru, the order was wrong, on top of that tater rounds cold , French toast sticks over done , no syrup, ice coffee was supposed to be mocha , got vanilla, wrong sandwich. Went inside to get everything fixed, guy at the counter had no idea what he's doing! The girl in the kitchen Yelling at everyone on her crew! So loud a lady walked in and left! We will never stop there again! When your customers feel uncomfortable and you can't get your order right , not a good way to keep business! It was just sad!

Burger King typically has a reputation for dirty dinning areas, restrooms…however this location, upon entry you can tell they take pride in keeping it clean. It’s one of the cleanest locations I’ve seen in a long time. The food was hot, staff was friendly and very helpful when I messed up my app order. Would come back.

In the drive thru with my kids and wife and told I can only use a single coupon per car and have to do separate orders if I come inside. Literally makes no difference in price if I used all the coupons at one time or all on separate orders. They then had the audacity to question how many people I was buying for after I had to get out of the drive thru with hungry children to go in so they could tell me drive thru service comes first before my orders. Food may have only tasted good since it was the end of a work week.

Its soooo annoying asking for your food cooked to order and you hear the cook yelling they have it already cooked. I should have double checked my order before leaving and now I have a crusty ass fish sandwich

The nice lady was going to put my cream and sugar in my coffee call because I ordered drive thru and …. Well IM DRIVING. Some shrewd voice came from the back loud enough for Helen Keller to hear “we don’t put creamer and sugar in the coffee”. Like why not!!!! What part about me driving says I can take off the lid and deal with all that. And second of all don’t be yelling at employees EVER!!! And don’t yell when customers are in ear shot.

We waited 15 minutes in the drive thru for our food!We had to wait extra minutes for two shakes so my husband went in and waiting for 10 minutes more!My son ordered a whopper with cheese and it was just two buns,burger patty and cheese with no lettuce,tomato,onion,pickles or mayo, ketchup and mustard!!we will never come go back there again!!!

I saw the reviews were poor, but we had a hangry 7-year old... New I should have went with my gut (and the reviews.)
William was our desk cashier. Haven't ordered a kids meal in a long time. There were 3 of us and he only gave us 2 cups. When I asked where the 3rd cup was he was rude and huffed, rolled his eyes and said "the kids meal has an apple juice..." WHAAAAAT?? He seriously rolled his eyes...Was NOT impressed. Definitely needs an attitude adjustment.
Just got our money back and left. We waited 20 minutes at the counter for our food while they serviced the drive thru and we waited....
Then got attitude from the manager when they came to refund our money.
NEVER again
