Ordered a number 4 with bacon and cheese,drove to forest hills to deliver to my son who has cancer as a treat,and no cheese no bacon. Trying calling the place to let them know but no answer, so the review.been awhile still no contact from Burger King so I guess customer service has gone by the wayside

Best Fast Food Breakfast I've ever had. So good went 2 days in a row. Beats McDonald's hands down. Friendly, Fast, exactly what we ordered, taste GREAT and liveable pricing. All of which McDonald's is not.

CSR's name tag ( Clint ) was upside down. Onion rings were hot. The cheeseburgers were cold. Asked for extra onions, there was only 2 rings. Coke was not that sweet. Tried the dr. Pepper it was not that sweet either.

Went through the drive thru and ordered food....well if that's what u call it.... why do these Mott sticks looks like they been through the ringer! Also got no ice in my coke after I asked for extra ice....do better guys!

We ordered food then we were asked to pull forward so we waited about 15 mins, then they bring our food out and our food is ice cold half of my bun was hard as a rock!!! Like wtf did we wait for? Cold ass food!!! Ill never order from there again!!!!

Food was below average and service was poor again. Was in outside lane and watched multiple people get served before someone finally came our lane. We had to ask repeatedly if the lane was open before someone said something. Not going back. Two chances.
We stopped this morning at the Rockford location 4705 14 mile rd. Went through the drive thru, the order was wrong, on top of that tater rounds cold , French toast sticks over done , no syrup, ice coffee was supposed to be mocha , got vanilla, wrong sandwich. Went inside to get everything fixed, guy at the counter had no idea what he's doing! The girl in the kitchen Yelling at everyone on her crew! So loud a lady walked in and left! We will never stop there again! When your customers feel uncomfortable and you can't get your order right , not a good way to keep business! It was just sad!

Burger King typically has a reputation for dirty dinning areas, restrooms…however this location, upon entry you can tell they take pride in keeping it clean. It’s one of the cleanest locations I’ve seen in a long time. The food was hot, staff was friendly and very helpful when I messed up my app order. Would come back.

In the drive thru with my kids and wife and told I can only use a single coupon per car and have to do separate orders if I come inside. Literally makes no difference in price if I used all the coupons at one time or all on separate orders. They then had the audacity to question how many people I was buying for after I had to get out of the drive thru with hungry children to go in so they could tell me drive thru service comes first before my orders. Food may have only tasted good since it was the end of a work week.
