We had high expectations for this restaurant and we left feeling just mehhhh! The food had way too many flavors going on and for the cost I would say there needs to be a reevaluation of your offerings. Perhaps being in Rockford located in a hotel gets you a guest that's perhaps from out of town and a one and done and that model works. But we'll wait to visit again til the kinks get worked out.
We had a wonderful experience on New Year's Eve. The food was delicious, our server was very kind and helpful. We loved the ambiance and decor. The only suggestion I have is to add some sound dampening panels on the ceiling and around the room. The prices were high and should be decreased to ensure the long term success of the restaurant.
The food was great. Definitely get the truffle fries! Steaks cooked perfectly. Room was dimly lit, so it was difficult to read the small print on the menu. It is quite loud too. Long stretches of time where we were wondering where our server was.
