Good example of what you can expect from this chain. The restaurant is clean, service was good. There was a fairly steady line of customers during my visit - not bad for a Sunday afternoon.
For me, I prefer the food to be physically warmer - at least with some steam coming out of it. I think the menu items are a bit overpriced - but that seems to be true for most fast-food places these days.
Handicapped parking is available, and there are both hightop and regular seats. There are two unisex bathrooms, so no waiting if either is not being used.

Almost every time we have come here our food has either been wrong, had something missing, or the food has been disgusting. Tonight was the last straw, the rice was so crunchy that we could not finish our bowls without it hurting our teeth. They were out of chips and the person at the window was very nice and accommodating about it but the service is normally horrible. I don’t know why we continue to come back and we likely will not return here.

If you can avoid this Chipotle I definitely would. Alpine is much better. They rarely have a stocked line but especially after 7pm (they close at 11pm). I might even be able to get past that but the service at night is terrible!!! Either completely ignore you or are super rude. We love Chipotle but we're willing to drive double the distance to go to one that has better customer service and stocks their food. Today for example they were out of rice at 8pm despite closing at 11pm...and this is a weekly thing with them unfortunately.

brand new Chipotle located in Rockford Michigan next to jersey mikes. drive thru and indoor dine in available. the classic Chipotle menu with all the favorites. If you are in Rockford this is brand new and you should probably add the app and visit them !

it must be that all chipotle’s are just going down now, but this had all dry meat, no one paying attention and literally no sauces. Like no sauces at all? Then they offer you a new sauce, but they don’t have it? I don’t know. This corporation ispretty unbelievable. maybe it just makes me a little more sad that this is so far from home and it’s something g to usually look forward to 😔

I decided to give this spot a second try after a bad first experience. When I arrived at 5pm on Saturday, over half the meat options were completely gone and it was clear they were not adding more anytime soon. The server gave me a measly portion of what was left and acted as if it was an inconvenience for her to be there. We won't be returning

Forget about ordering online—it will be wrong. I’ve gotten bowls missing protein (after paying for extra), and once ordered a quesadilla that came out looking like a burned, stepped-on taco. I tried finding a photo of it to attach here, but I can’t even find it via my phone’s photo search feature—it was that unrecognizable. When I finally reached out through the app, they gave me a free entrée… and they messed that up too.Always a solid 10-15 picking up, too.
Even going in person doesn’t save you. They act like every scoop comes out of their own paycheck. It’s terrible for what you pay.
If you’re craving Chipotle, go to FnK downtown if they’re open—or Taco Bell if it’s late. This place doesn’t deserve your business.

Worst chipotle ever. I have been there a handful of times and always disgusted. The meat is not fully cut and you get large, fatty cuts. The lettuce has been brown and rice hard. The times I have gone inside, the food line is not cleaned. You pay more than QDOBA for worse quality. I have made comments to management and yet to receive a response. Will not be returning.
